My recently deceased sister had a CD with Chase that had recently matured. As I was finalizing her accounts the Trust person there informed me that there was an account he could not discuss with me. I knew it was a CD as I had handled her finances for years. Apparently she had designated a beneficiary. I’m fine with not knowing who the beneficiary is, but then I was informed that that Chase will not be notifying the beneficiary that they are to receive this money, either. That have no obligation to do so, they say. When I said that they are keeping money that my sister designated to someone else he replied that they are simply holding it until the beneficiary steps forward. The beneficiary is not able to step forward because they have no idea it exists. That is their policy and they will “hold” the money for years and then turn it over to the State. No intention of honoring my sister’s wishes. Just “holding” it and earning interest for years. Absolutely unacceptable. They are stealing money from a dead woman and her beneficiary.

I had to pay a debt owed to Chase and wanted reopen my account. I came in with a check from my work to pay off the debt and deposit the rest into my newly reopened bank account. They weren’t able to which is fine, I was able to get cash and pay it off that way and THEN reopen my account. The issue came when I told them I needed the money ASAP from my check, and they proceeded to still cash the check into the account even though it was going to take over a week to show up available in the account. I was able to get my physical check back but Walmart was unwilling to cash it due to the stamp Chase put on the back saying the reimbursement was cancelled. Monday ruined, make sure to get everything clarified with this location before you hand them any check.

Love this bank. There is a Chase bank in every city in the country. Not many banks can say that at all.

I have been a customer of Chase bank for over 10 year, then i received a letter in the mail stating they were closing all my accounts. i went to a branch and asked why they were closing y accounts. i was told that they could close my accounts without reason and i would not give me a reason. i have been a loyal customer, no complaints, no nsf, no financial issues, yet Chase closed my accounts without giving a reason or allowing me to remedy whatever situation they may of had issues with. as a result, i have to stop 3 direct deposits and 7 autopay bills. it's was very frustrating. when i spoke to the branch manager, he said they didn't need a reason and smirked. bad experience. i wouldn't use their services again, even if asked. thought the community should know hope "friendly" Chase bank is.

Situated conveniently on the corner, with plenty of parking. It's a nice sized Chase with a good drive through area. It is well lit so you won't feel unsafe making late night withdrawals from the ATM.

Closing my chase account! This is the 3rd time I've woken up to all of my transaction scrambled and my account was at $31 last night but am negative $280 this morning! No explanation where it went or what caused me to go over and every time I call they play d*** and just keep reading over my statement and refuse to escalate me to anyone. I have 2 babies under 2 on a very tight budget and I cannot afford to have a bank play with my money!!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. It is THE WORST Chase Bank location. It is just a glorified drive-thru, without the drive-thru. You go IN to the bank to use the ATM or machines. No other services offered. It was a complete waste of time. I WILL NEVER go here again. AWFUL

The office staff is awesome, especially Gloria Holquin. However, the Manager Richard Carter, needs additional training in customer service. The very person who should be an example is awful. He refuses to honor a promotion Chase was offering for new customers. My direct deposit was delayed due to Social Security. They showed no record of the request, but I watched Gloria complete it. I drove to the Social Security office in AJ. and completed the form again. Mr. Carter couldn't be bothered with my request, he was too lazy or complacent to ask his superior if "Excellent Customer Sevice" could be initiated, so he simply denied my request to honor the promotion. The delay was no fault of mine. It's no wonder they are closing offices. I called the customer service line (Located in Manila), which another issue I have with them. Why not employ USA citizens? I will let you know if this is resolved by is his boss, Brett Stephenson. I may be closing my account. I am updating this review. The Manager called me back, and stated he realized I wasn't being treated fairly. I am very impressed!! He said he took some time to think about what I had said to him when he initially returned my call. He formally apologized and stated I would have my $300.00 within about 2 days!! Hallelujah!! I am going to send him a Thank You card. We all have bad days, and everyone deserves a second chance! To somebody like me who is on a limited income, this is like hitting the jackpot!! Thank you Mr. Carter!!!!

The only thing good thing I can say about this branch is it is close to my house. Their customer service does not exist. The teller was argumentative and over four other staff members were sitting in their offices not helping customers with a teller line to the door. Bring back customer service!
