We've been leasing a Climate controlled storage unit from Extra Space Storage for a few years now. It is very convenient to where we rent as Snowbirds! Holly is super helpful, and pricing is great!

10/10!!!! the manager is the best at this location. i got a 5x5 not knowing i need a WAY bigger unit and they made it so easy to get a bigger one. i will forever recommend extra space unit on higley and southern!!

The facility is clean, tidy and well-secured. The manager (Holly) is very helpful and friendly. She always welcomed me with a smile and greeted me by name.

Holly at Extra space storage at Southern and Higley is awesome!Thier rates are the best I found in the east valley. It was really quick,no fuss no muss!

Extra space Storage raised my rates w/o notifying me. I called and talked to John. He apologized for the companies policy; explained everything very thoroughly; and was immediately able to drop my charges down.A very polite and courteous employee. He's a 5 star!

My husband and I gad the privilege of meeting Holly. She was very polite, and very friendly. Answered all of our question with without haste. She made us feel very comfortable leaving our things in storage. Thank you for having such a wonderful person helping us.

This is the only storage facility I would use. The location is perfect for my needs. I also intend to keep my unit here because of the great customer service I get from Holly. You can tell she really cares and loves her job and how she looks after the entire place and everyone's needs.

Clean and well priced facility. My associate was named "John," and was great in helping me choose the correct size unit. I very much appreciated his help. So far this storage facility on Southern Ave has been great.

As soon as I walked into the office Holly greeted me with a big smile. I knew I was in the right place. She has great customer skills and was very helpful and professional. It was great to do business with her.

This storage is the best storage I've had. I was able to move to a bigger storage with no questions asked and for a good price. Halle and John both are incredible workers and help in any way they can. 100% recommend getting a unit here.
