I 100% would NOT recommend this company. The owner is James Hogan who is not trustworthy & will not return calls or text messages when he has done something wrong (as also evidence by other reviews.) He does not have certified staff in any way. Often securing moving support from outside the Circle K if he is short men. This puts you at risk of being robbed. In addition, he has indicated several of his movers are doing a variety of drugs including meth. He knowingly continues to retain these people as movers because he doesn't think that is "too bad" or very different from Alcohol, which he also allows his movers to do at work providing they show up. Because he secures so many random people from Circle K etc, he never knows if they have a criminal background or will steal from you. They are literally secured that morning, up the street at the gas station. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!My experience with him has been very poor and he is an immature business owner. Unfortunately, because he is unprofessionaL AND a gambling addict who does not have money to secure his own vehicle. The money from his business is ALL used for gambling & personal expenses and then he cannot cover required expenses for your move.I have witnessed this first hand and I would not would NOT recommend using him or his company in ANY fashion, unless you want to put yourself at risk.

These guys are the best! If you want movers without drama and actually know what to expect moving day this is it! My family collectively had used them approx 7 times and each time was a beautiful experience. It's worth considering changing your date if they are not available the day you want because they are that good. I would not call anyone else!

I paid over $2600 for a move with in five miles. They told me they were bringing 5 guys, they brought 4. The fourth guy was very sick (during Covid) and couldn’t do much of anything. I got stuck paying for the 4th guy and it took drastically longer than it should have because the guy was too sick to do anything. My biggest beef if that the guy dropped and broke my brand new mirror, not even out of the manufacture’s packaging yet. I had just paid $315 dollars for it. The owner said he would take it and have it fixed and bring it back the following week. He has ignored all of my calls and messages. The mirror is a Christmas gift and I want the mirror back so I can fix it myself as it cannot be replaced. They also put tape on the front door threshold and I cannot get it off. It was a brand new construction and this is the first thing you see when you walk in my door now. He said he was going to come back and take care of it but again he has ignored all calls and messages for the last 3 weeks. I am extremely disappointed in their service and respectfulness. I treated them very well, tipped them very well, and have been very patient regarding this.

If I could give zero Stars I would. They completely ghosted us on moving day no call no show never heard from them ever again and I was a repeat customer! I would never recommend them or recommend anyone to use this company.

From start to finish awesome! Answered my questions, arrived on time @130pm and busted a$$ even in the heat. Guys were so nice and professional. Lastly- these guys did not stop. I will definitely recommend & use again! Thank You again for awesome service!

Hello, it's been over a month since Hogan's moved my piano and reassembled it incorrectly. I've left many messages and need this resolved ASAP. I trusted your company to be professionals and fix what was mishandled by your movers. I'm still hoping for some integrity from your company by doing the right thing and resolving this. We have used Hogan's twice now and they have been awesome! They were on time, quick, careful, corteous and professional. And just an example of the service, they had hooked up our washer and dryer and the washer had a leak at the inlet valve, we blamed them and Jim the owner came out to check out, turned out to be the hose was the issue and he still fixed for us! Great guys doing good business.

They did a great job with my move, I would definitely use them again. They called to communicate their time of arrival and arrived when they stated they would. Both guys on my move worked very hard and never "milked the clock" and they were both very friendly.

We hired 3 movers and it took them 2 trips for a total of 8 hours. It took them two hours longer than our first movers and we paid over $300 more. We would have used the first company again, because they dissembled our furniture, but we couldn't reach them. Anyway, Jim and Vince did a good job from Hogan's Moving, but Paul (who had a teardrop tattoo) was in our bathrooms several times with diarrhea and made a mess in one of our bathrooms, which is just gross. He was drinking a lot of water and it's my guess he was drinking the night before too. It's not the memory or mess we wanted in our brand new house. Before hiring Hogan's Moving, the owner agreed to hook up our washer and assemble the disassembled furniture from our previous movers, which was greatly appreciated. However, it was not communicated with the movers, so it was a little awkward. Also, there were scratches on some items that weren't there before and one of my new tables got cracked on the bottom leg. :( When the owner reached out to me about writing a review, I was hesitant because I didn't want to leave a negative review. I was honest with the owner about what happened with Paul and the minor damages. He said thanks for letting him know, but there was no apology. He knew who made the mess in the bathroom and said he was recently hired when he was out of town. I felt like it was an excuse. Then, he made a comment that his movers said the job went flawless and maybe that's why I couldn't reach the other moving company. He didn't want to point fingers though. That was insulting to me. He was basically saying the other company didn't want to work with me again because I complained about what happened. I am not sure how else that comment could have been taken, but he said that's not what he meant. I did not appreciate his comments or response. Oh, but he did say let him know if there's anything he can do. I guess I should have told him to replace my brand new table and to hire a housekeeper to clean the nasty toilets his employee left behind. I contemplated for a couple of weeks about leaving a review after our move, but this experience just didn't sit well with me. I don't expect perfection, but I do think most, if not all of those things, could have been avoided. We have moved many times over the years and I never experienced anything like that. I don't want someone else to experience what I did with Paul, if he still works there.
