Back in 08 I lived in California. I bought a wonderful two piece. Now in 03 I changed to a different set here in AZ. The quality is horrible. Used only 2 years. Two disabled people no others. One recliner doesn't reclin.

Tracie was great. My dad is an elderly man looking for a recliner for his apartment at an assisted living facility. She did not push expensive chairs. She noticed my dad was tall and she listened to what he was looking for and showed us a great recliner on sale. She allowed him to take his time and look around. She brought a tape measure so he could check the accuracy of the chair measurements. She spent time and never pushed. I appreciated her attentiveness.

Ame was very knowledgeable and helpful. She showed me furniture in my budget which I greatly appreciated. I purchased a reclining chair and sofa. I got a great deal and it’s so comfortable and stylish. Highly recommend Lazy Boy!

A lift recliner was purchased for my disabled husband. The lift mechanism quit working a few days after the 3 year manufacturer warranty expired. Fortunately we had purchased an extended warranty. Had about 7 weeks of back and forth with the warranty company, ServeCo. They never attempted to diagnose a problem - they wanted a number from a manufacturer label. Just had me upload pictures, video call with a technician, and then they finally sent a technician - only to look for the label. Never could find the label so they said the chair had to be replaced, said the store would contact me. They did, said it would be 7-10 days for a new chair. Over 3 weeks later and no chair. I text or call every other day and get a run around - saying order is being processed, they're contacting the backsales dept, they're waiting to hear from corporate, etc. My disabled husband has had to stay in bed or sit uncomfortably in his wheelchair for the past almost 3 months. An extended warranty was paid for, it should be honored.

Our experience with Laz-Z-Boy was outstanding! Ame is a wonderful sales person. She is very knowledgeable and has a great eye for design. She takes the time to really get a feel for her customer’s style and needs. I highly recommend her!

My mother is a full time caregiver for my disabled father, as well as works full time as a teacher to support the household and pay for various medical costs. He is a tall man who requires maximal assistance to transfer to and from his wheelchair to furniture, and spends most of his time in a recliner. We use the lift function on the chair to help my mom lift him in and out. His La-Z-Boy lift recliner broke on 5/9/2025, 4 days after the manufacturer warranty expired. We purchased an extended warranty because that’s how important this chair is to us, and initiated a claim. The warranty company, ServeCo, the La-Z-Boy warranty department, and store where the chair was purchased (we spoke to Lee and Terrance) have been contacted multiple times, but nothing has been done. After several conversations, my mother was notified on 6/28/2025 by ServeCo and the La-Z-Boy store that an order for a new chair would be processed within 7-10 days. As of today 7/25/2025, nothing has been done and we had to initiate further contact for an update. All we ask is that the warranty service we paid for be honored. This is more than just a piece of furniture for us. It allows my father to have quality of life, and eases the burden placed on my mother.
