I'm here now. Battery died on me yesterday. They came out, not usual service, when I had nobody to help me. Taught me about the charge devices. They had me come in to charge battery and fix lights. Noticed a mechanical issue with wheels and quickly had me come next day to have that fixed.Been driving for nearly 40 years and I have to say this is a great service at a reasonable cost based on how much you save on gas, monthly oil changes, and maintenance. If you drive like me at 6,000 miles a month..; I'm not complaining.Ok: It only took 1 hour to fix and back to normal. Fantastic!

I have used most of the car share company’s in the area. Millennium has the best prices by far. However, they also have the worst cars I have seen. Mine looks like it was in a drive by, broken lights, badly repaired dents. It’s so small I don’t feel safe in it at all.They are also very quick to disable your vehicle without any consideration to where you may be.The ladies in the office are great and very helpful.

The vehicles they rent you here are absolutely atrocious. The brakes went out in my car, and I returned the vehicle, and I have the company texting me asking me how I'm gonna pay the bill. I've taken the car in several times for it to be repaired and the same issues arise. This company will text you to tell you that you owe them money but they won't text you to tell you that they are either going to come take your car or they are going to shut your starter off. On top of that, the vehicles that you rent are really old, stinky like old man, sweat and smoke, the interiors are falling apart, as well as the bodies. They might work with you once or twice if there is no work available for a rideshare or gig apps, but it comes at a cost of them, holding it over your head.I would recommend UCars for the same price; they have nice cars, charge the same, and fix any issues the first time you bring it in.I have never had a business text me to ask me this stuff and it's really kind of creepy if you ask me. The text below that is shared was sent AFTER the car was turned in. Nothing about the car and now they're already threatening me with collections on Day 1 of turning in my car due to it not being safe to drive. (Will update with screenshot of invoice).The overall demeanor of the employees here is pretty condescending. From the ladies working in the front office being rude when you tell them that there's something wrong with the car and insinuating that you did something to it, to the financial people who do these kinds of weird practices of texting people after a contract has expired.Stay away, I wish I would've saved my money.

A great auto rental option. They really work with you, to get you into a car. A little more expensive than I would prefer...if they dropped their rate by $10/day I'd be loving it!

The cars that were available for rent, were old and super dirty. The tires were nearly bald on both vehicles, interior was cracked and peeling. There were several dents/scratches on the exterior as well. I think it's absolutely shameful for them to charge $325+ a week for such busted looking cars. Especially for rideshare rentals. What a waste of time.

Customer Service is Not Dead. It is alive and well in Mesa, Arizona. The staff at Millenium have surpassed my expectations. My car had a mechanical issue. They replaced the car within an hour and handled my problem with ease and care. Thank you Kendra, Susan, Matt, Doug, Jaden and Matt for excellent service.

I had returned my car this week. I realized when I went to pick the car up they had me wait inside while they checked everything outside and after getting in the vehicle I realize the reason why was because it grossly smelled like smoke and it was totally dirty and hadn't been cleaned out. The air conditioner would work and that would quit working for an hour an hour and a half one day I couldn't get the car to start. They're only concerned is really pushing the cars out and not cleaning the cars at all and not like making the cars presentable. I will never rent from them again, I'm from a customer service perspective they are afraid to ask if everything went okay or do you have any questions or any of the basics because they don't want to be bothered with that. The car that I was in probably wasn't safe to drive

Millenium auto share does not care whether a vehicle you are renting is in good operational condition or not. I rented a car and it broke down on day three. The car is still parked at my place inspire of having provided information immediately once I started noticing mechanical problems. Thus is the third time.

I have waited to write this review. This business and the people that work there, make it a great decision to use them.I believe you reap what you sow. They have always been professional, courteous, and helpful.I have almost 2 years of experiences with them and have been treated fairly and they have extended themselves in a few cases well beyond what should be expected...back to the reap what you sow.If you need a vehicle for rideshare as I have or a short term rental I would highly recommend this group. It is always great to spend dollars with great people who provide professional and dependable service.
