This company is the worst company to ever lease from they will work with you and be nice as hell with you while you have the vehicle and you're making payments but the minute you get into a bad accident and your personal items in there they will not give you your personal items they will just dispose them and refuse to give them to you do not rent from this company and if you do make sure you don't have personal items in the vehicle because you ain't getting them back

Disappointed so far. Exhaust leak. 5 complaints from passengers. They don't care. Want $$$.Car smells like fuel. Duh, exhaust is leaking.

I had my rental for going on a few weeks now. My names Cory and I drive the 2013 Toyota prius c. The car drove very good and it was in excellent condition. Today the car ended up showing an alert saying it needed to be checked and to pull over. I was worried and upset because I couldn't drive any more so that I could make money doing Lyft. I sent them a text right away about the issue so I can get back on the road as soon as possible and they were quick and prompt to help me with my rental car in getting it fixed and even told me they can towe it aswell if necessary. these guys are so amazing I love them!!!!

The agents are very sweet and professional unfortunately I had to return my rental due to it being drivable once I got on the freeway I was able to return the car no issues they were understandable and had my refund ready when I came in.

I went in to inquire renting a vehicle because I was referred by a Rideshare friend. They office associate was kind, friendly, and willing to answer all of my questions and inquiries. Will be back to take advantage of their service.

The vehicles they rent you here are absolutely atrocious. The brakes went out in my car, and I returned the vehicle, and I have the company texting me asking me how I'm gonna pay the bill. I've taken the car in several times for it to be repaired and the same issues arise. This company will text you to tell you that you owe them money but they won't text you to tell you that they are either going to come take your car or they are going to shut your starter off. On top of that, the vehicles that you rent are really old, stinky like old man, sweat and smoke, the interiors are falling apart, as well as the bodies. They might work with you once or twice if there is no work available for a rideshare or gig apps, but it comes at a cost of them, holding it over your head.I would recommend UCars for the same price; they have nice cars, charge the same, and fix any issues the first time you bring it in.I have never had a business text me to ask me this stuff and it's really kind of creepy if you ask me. The text below that is shared was sent AFTER the car was turned in. Nothing about the car and now they're already threatening me with collections on Day 1 of turning in my car due to it not being safe to drive. (Will update with screenshot of invoice).The overall demeanor of the employees here is pretty condescending. From the ladies working in the front office being rude when you tell them that there's something wrong with the car and insinuating that you did something to it, to the financial people who do these kinds of weird practices of texting people after a contract has expired.Stay away, I wish I would've saved my money.

Millennium Auto and their employees have been so kind, understanding, and patient with me from Day 1. When I first walked in, It was roughly 15 -20 minutes before closing, and the woman in front insisted that they were unable to rent because of how close it was to closing. However, after hearing me out, she kindly offered the last car available, and it's been an awesome car, now, for the last 3 weeks!The company makes it very, very easy and user friendly to extend your rental and purchase more miles through their online portal. It even has documents, reports, and statements from all of your transactions. Also, it tells you at the top of the page, how much longer you have with your rental! Very cool and very informative!! One of the best websites for customers just because of the fact that it's so easy and it doesn't have a lot of stuff glaring at you and fancy colors. Simple and straightforward. Everything you'd need and want with a rental car company! AND, their prices are fantastic!I give them 5/5 stars,.and I'd give them more if I could. I was, unfortunately, late with my last extension due to a deposit and availability issue with my bank, and they were completely understanding and patient. For that, I will always be a loyal customer and refer everyone that needs a rental to them.All in all, if you need a rental car while you're in Phoenix, go-RUN-to Millennium Auto Share!!*And if you're a Lyft or Uber driver and you need a car, they have deals for you!!*

This is probably one of the best companies I've ever had the pleasure to work with, the girls in the front are very punctual & pleasant & the manager got straight to the point & helpful in a timely manner being in a rush as I was that day. I was going through something I've never imagined happening & this company was amazing all the way through & wanted to tell you all thank u so much for being a "REAL" company that shows professionalism, yet not ridiculously snobby like most rentals are. I seen my email & will be by today & excuse the one star I meant to write my review an I fell asleep writing it.

Still currently renting from this company and my experience has been great. As a gig worker this company has taken the stress of maintenance and repairs a breeze as they handle things in a timely manner. Friendly employees and overall great service. Thank you!

So still in this car. Always appreciate a business that reads a previous review and does better instead of arguing. Most people want to be treated the same way they treat you. The rims were painted. Looks great. Kendra has been nicer. The other employees are always friendly. They do try to accomodate you but, when you are a rideshare driver its rough. When something happens in the afternoon you miss the busiest times. I stand by 500 miles can happen quickly when you do gig work. Regular rental, no excuse. I appreciate no games. They tell you a price and it is that price. Also if you owe a company money, you owe a company money pay it and with me your review carries more weight.

Was treated rudely when I called in about a minor issue with the car. Inquired about a possible discount because I’ve had to come in two days in a row with issues to a car I’m paying 366 dollars a week for. Lost revenue from having to stop driving once the issues had been realized. I wouldn’t want any additional cost incurred from additional damage. No discount or free day was given.
