I was at this pawnshop this morning, looking at their clearance section. I noticed that they had an Oscillating sander, and a joiner on clearance. These items both had been in the store for almost a year. On the price, they have a rolling scale. I offered a fair price based on the rolling scale for both items. Both the manager and the assistant manager gave me an attitude. I advise him that I used to work for the company and I understand how they price things and how their price scale works. Their attitude became worse. It’s pretty sad. This used to be very ethical and used to take care of their customers, At least they did when I worked there. Now it’s just a money grab. You shouldn’t post prices on items if they’re not priced at those dollar amounts. It’s unfortunate that they conducted themselves this way. I’m in the process of starting a small woodworking business, and I will not be buying my tools from this company.

This store has alot of great deals ,the people that work there are very helpful. Out of all the pawn stores i go to this is the only one i feel comfortable buying from .

Oh my gosh, I’ve heard horror stories of pawn shops and how they rip you off — BUT THIS PAWN SHOP? They were so corroborative, collaborative, really gave us the best price for the items we wanted to sell. I was helped out by these two lovely women, Jasmine and Jackie. Jasmine really worked with us and was throughout to make sure our items were legit! Just like all of their selectively awesome items. You can find anything from tools to rings to guitars, etc. Jackie allowed me to try on different rings for that special milestone in my life. She was supper resourceful with sizing and where I could get it resized, knowledgeable about different cuts of diamonds, and explained how they had an amazing payment plan! Honestly, I don’t ever write reviews but, Jasmine and Jackie really made that place feel so welcoming and just were overall helpful and amazing!! Thank you again and I’ll see you all soon(:

Do not go here! I've been going here for years, And I just went online to renew some things and all of my pawns are gone, Do not renew things online, I renewed all of these things online. The only proof I have is the payment on my debit card, Because they conveniently cleared out all of the history of my pawns online. Do not go here.Awful customer service, It used to be great.

My boyfriend and I went here to sell his bow. before he went tho, he was at another pawnshop, same company, same name just different location. one offered him $30 which might i mention is crazy even for a good working old bow, not to mention it had a grip release 12 arrows a quiver and a wrist guard the other said the company wouldn't buy it bc its too old so first red flag, no real system here if your offering different amounts from the same company, we all know companies will transfer to their other stores to see if it sells better we have been around.... The second thing is they were selling a gun for 250 before tax used when you could get that same gun at sportsman's house for 190 brand new with 2 mags out the door man clamed its holiday seasons so there are deals except that wasn't a deal price it was the initial price of the gun all year swear they buy reviews bc seems very dishonest here but then again....its a pawnshopno need to reply wont be back hopefully you guys will realize how you guys are showing that you think us customers are dumb.

2 stars because the lady was nice.No more because their guns are over priced and beat to hell. Near new pricing without have the accessories of new.. "no room on the price" we know you paid a 3rd of asking price for the firearms.

I was greeted when I walked to the door and quickly asked if there was anything that I needed.. And when I was ready they'd be available.. Veronica helped me find a necklace that fit within my budget.. I appreciate it. Her kind and patient service.. pawn first isn't just for ponding.. But they have great items for sale. I don't wonderful price.. So if you're wanting great service with a great price.. come on down to pawn first on Country Club..

Edit: Just received a call from the manager apologizing for the experience. I appreciate that. Hopefully next time I stop by things are different. (Rating changed from 3 stars to 4)Sooo Im not sure where all these "super friendly" and "customer service " reviews are coming from, but when I went there I got "rude" and "irritable". He barely even looked at my items, just searched the computer and threw out an amount. I gave three stars because the amount he gave for my pawned items was exactly what I wanted. But seriously no customer service.

Needed money. Had a firearm I bought years ago and forgot I even had. Didnt have high Hope's. But the two people that helped me offered more than I asked for. Very pleasant experience.
