My usual T-mobile. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Managed to figure out how to re-order a screen protector after their system changed relatively quickly. And were friendly the whole time.

I just got back from this location. Customer service is top-notch. I was even greeted early and was invited in before opening. Real customer service is definitely important to me. This location will be my home store. What a great team. I will use this location. They have my vote. ?

This store has great customer service, they're helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and work diligently to find a solution to issue with the phone/service. There are closer stores, yet they don't measure up to the service McKellips location offers. Thank youT-Mobile should clone their teaching and process.

Came in yesterday with my Z Flip 4 for a manufacture defect my phone basically will not open, there was a big guy standing slouched over on his phone and when i walked in he laughed at my situation which was not right they told me they do not do warranty replacements which is a lie and i was told to contact my insurance i contacted my insurance and made a claim the claim came back and said i need to go to a t-mobile store to request a replacement device due to a defect so you guys need to train your employees a little bit better and have a little knowledge when it comes to stuff like that. If your phone has a warranty issue you can take it to ANY t-mobile and they are required to set you up with a warranty exchange

I walked in at 715pm.Short big guy ask me if he can help me (7:18pm).Told him I'm looking into upgrading to a new phone, his response was :" Sooooo...you know, We are closing soon," my response was " Don't worry about it" and then I walked away.He had 40 minutes to help and decided not to.

Manger was extremely helpful. Got me into a new upgraded phone for $5.00Awesome service.I was short on funds till payday, needed phone for work and work his magic and got it done. Best ever.
