I tried to return my gateway as we are leaving the usa. This particular store sais we can't help you and would have to phone t mobile corporate. The number he gave me was was the wrong number and he would help me at all even though I purchased the gateway as his store

Your sale guys are over bearing sharks. Came in to get a new phone today and they were so pushy and over bearing I left without a new phone. I will never come back to this one. Not good for people who have extreme anxiety.

Went to the T-Mobile in superstition mall on 10/6/23. The young lady working asked to pull up my number to check acct etc. Once she did she asked if I still had T-Mobile internet which I said yes. She told me the new promotion would drop my bill 15.00/month from 50.00-35.00. So far it sounds good. Ne t she said looking at my acct my wife and I could “jump” into the new iPhones and our bill won’t be affected, in fact she said it would not even change, it would stay the same. After asking a lot of questions she confirmed the new iPhones , and the internet promotion they had going my bill would only change by going down 15.00 because of the new internet promotion….. SOUNDS REALLY GOOD..well thank god I wasn’t prepared to make any changes at that time. Today I swung by T-MOBILE on signal butte to take action and confirmed all of what the mall said was a lie. Turns out they need to meet a quota in the mall and not only was the internet situation a lie but changing my phones now would have actually raised my monthly bill about 83.00 a month . That is sad . Too bad she wasn’t more honest yesterday. Now I’ll never even walk into that store to even buy an accessory . Ever. Be careful for the shady salesman . They paycheck is what matters and F’ing people over is going to be your problem later on

I came in 45 minutes before closing time. I understand there was only one person working and a couple people waiting before me and it was busy when I got there but it would have been better and I'd maybe give 3 or 4 stars if the staff at least acknowledged that I was there. I'd even give 5 stars if he told me his situation and I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting for nothing, but I stood there for 30 minutes without being greeted. He even tried his best not to look at me while passing me several times. I ended up leaving because of where I parked and the mall was closing at 8pm but I wish I went somewhere else instead of this location. The only good thing that happened while waiting was the other person waiting with me looked like young Robert Pattinson.

If I could give zero I would for this location. I went in for a screen protector replacement per my contract with the S23 and the guy, who couldn't even get up from his seat, told me they don't do that anymore and that I had to do it online. While looking at the protector on the wall, knowing it wasn't an inventory issue, I asked if he could help me then order it per "new policy", he told me no and then went back to his conversation with his other associate and ignored me. Rude, unprofessional and lazy people at this location. TMOBILE, get a team here who can customer service. I went to another location, great service, and had it replaced in less than 5 minutes.

Had a negative experience. I have an Assurance phone that is on T-Mobile that I was having problems with and the guy working told me he didn't know anything about how to fix it even though his tag said "mobile phone expert". All he offered was to try and upsell me to a different plan. It was a new phone and I was having problems setting my PIN. So when I got home I Googled it and figured it out in 5 minutes then I just needed to do a factory reboot. Seems like somebody working there would know that but he was more focused on trying to upsell me to a more expensive plan.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The guy I worked with was so disrespectful (his name was Ali or something). Treated me like I was waisting his time and couldn’t care less about helping me or my business. He spent 75% of the time in the back on a phone call. The other guy there couldn’t be bothered to assist me or answer my questions, even though I was the only one in the store. They ended up refusing to give me my new phone because I originally bought it from a different location and he said it was a “dick move” (his words, not mine) for the other location to expect them to give me a phone from their inventory. Literally was dumbstruck with his response and level of disrespect and unprofessionalism. Ended up leaving without my phone and had to order it. Still in disbelief and disappointment five days later.

Absolute nightmare. The rep botched the sale, and didn't properly set up the trade-in credit on my account. After back and forth between customer service and the store, the rep in-store said they would take care of having it applied and that their district manager would contact me in the next day or two. After calling back and trying to get an update for SIX WEEKS, another rep that I spoke to told me that the DM simply *WON'T* call me.I am disgusted that I was flat out lied to, and that after being with T-Mobile 10+ years and spending thousands of dollars through their store, that I wasn't even worth a phone call. The complete lack of customer service and willingness to fix an $800 mistake that THEY MADE was absolutely appalling.

Dissatisfaction at it's finest. I literally only came for the Promo Free T-Mobile Tuesday umbrella, bit wasn't acknowledged. There were 3 workers here, & I waited over 1 hour to get an umbrella. ( It only takes 2-10 seconds on my phone to show them the Promo code.) Horrible experience as I spend almost $200/month here on 6+ phone and tablet lines.

We stopped in to activate a phone and get the 5G home internet. There were only 2 customers in the store. After being ignored by the staff for 10 minutes, we left. No acknowledgment by the staff when we entered, or when we walked out.
