The service was fast and knowledgeable. The team helped me in several ways, even though they were not obligated. They made the experience fun without even trying. There was no forced awkwardness. I’ll go back to this store when I have things to do with T-Mo.

Fun store, great staff to be around! Went in with previous expectations from another store and the store manager Diego greeted me at the door and his team great experience definitely will be coming back!

AVOID THE STORE AT ALL COSTS. Horrible store manager who doesn't stand by what his sales people at desk commit to. They pushed a Home Internet device to me stating the activation fee (I am not a T-Mobile customer) will be refunded in case the network doesn't work. But when I went to ask the refund they made me come to the store twice and at the end the Store Manager (NOT fit to be a Manager or even a sales person) says \"My sales guy provided wrong info so I'll speak to him\" but I wont commit to what my store said. At the end just threw the receipt on my face I wont commit the refund. I am sorry I was a little aggressive after walking down to the store twice. But what do you expect from a customer when you don't even commit to your words. Terrible experience from the store and T-Mobile.

Moustafa and Cedric were the absolute best at taking care of every need we had, they not only took care of our switch from phone providers they explained everything with so much detail and attention along with being super welcoming and kind!! Honestly they need a raise I have never had such a pleasurable experience before we definitely are glad we switched . Thank you guys so much !!!✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ on our part !!!

Cedric B. helped us find out that the 2022 Black Friday deal $800 trade in for eligible phones was applied to ONLY my wife’s iPhone 11 Pro & not mine when we came back to turn them in after activating new iPhone 14 pros. Brandon was the initial staff that my wife and I spoke to on the last day of the Black Friday deal. He made a mistake of not submitting and applying for only one phone. It makes it a burden for me to fix a problem by going out of my way to stop by after work and make a bunch of follow ups to ensure that my wife and the 4 lines plan don’t get incorrect charges.Cedric contacted customer care (Anthony) to try to make it right and apply the same 2022 Black Friday deal $800 trade in for eligible phone. Anthony emailed me a return label for my iPhone 11 Pro to turn it in and ship it off like my wife’s. We were given an option to have the staff pack it and ship it off the next day. However, my gut feeling said to do it myself.Cedric said that Anthony will follow up again on December 14 and then January 9th.When I got home I noticed the return label information had the INCORRECT IMEI numbers; it also stated an iPhone 11 Pro Max 64GB Gold Kit, while mine is an 11 Pro Green. I also noticed that my phone’s return shipping address was completely different from my wife’s??I called the store and spoke to Cedric, and he said that I could text Anthony. However, both the text and email are non-reply.Also, Brandon applied a Protection360 service ($18 per month) without telling us. We found this second problem when we got text messages to agree to use online paperless consent. I clearly said no to optional add on before leaving my wife to take my daughter to bathroom next door. My wife finished the paperwork. He took advantage of my wife’s lack of knowledge and not questioning final paperwork. He displayed polite manners too…My wife came back to resolve the incorrect shipping label. She met a new staff who said that the IMEI should not matter as the value is the same (iPhone Pro Max vs iPhone Pro).In my career, a wrong identification number or label needs to be fixed.I don’t know what happened, but the problems I mentioned above did not get resolved. I will ask T-Mobile on twitter and wait for Anthony to follow up.

If I could give 0 stars I most certainly would. I went in with my family. And I was serviced by Michael. I won't say helped because the service was so below the bar I can't even say he did that. He was kind but by far the laziest person I have ever seen have a job in the service field. He spent the first 20 minutes telling us about how much he hates working with public and has taken 5 days off. Not to mention his breath hygiene made it significantly difficult to concentrate because the smell was so strong. Our eyes were watering. Anyway, he declined to help us navigate billing issues, order a new phone ( he claimed that it was difficult to order it to the store or our home and we could do it from the app). He also declined to set up the apple watches we paid for. It was an exhausting experience. I called and asked to speak to management the next day and the man kept hanging up on me. This branch has always had it's issues but this by far has taken the cake.

The manager, Diego, told us the "Buy One, Get One Half Off" deal was immediate. He said we could come in after the first bill cycle and pay it all off. He lied. That is not the policy of T-Mobile. After we talked to him and someone from T-Mobile explained it to him, he just shrugged his shoulders. He still insisted that he does it like that all the time, even though T-Mobile says that it's impossible in their system.

We will recommend T-Mobile to my friends and families because they keep the price firm. Diego and Julian at the store on 4984 S. Power Road, Gilbert are courteous, kind, patient, and very helpful in assisting us transfer from Verizon to T-Mobile, and help us to setup everything that are needed on our phones. Melanie of the Customer Service had the biggest heart, and the incredible patience in teaching and guiding us to install the T-Mobile Wifi modem. She understood how intimidated we were being tech-challenged. We have great experiences associating with T-Mobile so far.

Would give zero stars but cannot. This store is so inept I cannot believe they are still in business. Went into the store to exchange a phone under warrantywas not getting any service with full bars only way to get any service was on wifi. SO they say three days ok no prob wait three days no phone. keep calling all week no phone. Call customer support they call the store cancel the order and proceed to tell me they will ship it to me directly another two days. The store proceed to call me while on the phone with support who already cancelled the order by this time I have been with out a phone for a week and three days. Say they found the phone in a safe. Ok ill head down and exchange the phone. Oh no they already cancelled the order and cannot give me this phone because the order was canceled. I will never do business with tmobil again.

Exceptional service! Customer service second to none. Cedric is a rock star, he handled my particular situation with great professionalism and care. He took an appropriate amount of time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was well taken care of. The store manager, Diego, was also amazing in assisting us with a complicated issue with Corporate. I recommend to come with in without a rush, and these guys will take tare of you. Can't recommend highly enough!

This store was helpful getting my phone and service upgraded. However, they were misleading as to how much my trade in would be based on their current promotion and they charged me for a phone charger and old school air pods (full price) though said they were free also as part of the promotion. Be careful what you sign up for and get everything they promise IN WRITING.

I swung in with my family to activate a new phone and when my toddler became a little impatient, Diego was quick to step in. He printed out coloring sheets for her and gave her some markers. It was super sweet and worked like a charm! Gavin was also awesome. Best experience we've had in a store!
