Horrible service.The employee didnt even know how to operate the lift when i moved in & told me it was broken so he would extend my rental( This was about an hour before the office closed for the night) . He didnt extend it. Then i found out that it actually wasnt broken so they didnt want to extend it & they tried to stick me with the cost for the extra day.The facility is always dirty and there is always trash, a staff broom, & stuff that was left there by other people through the halls upstairs.They never answer the phone EVER even though they are never busy & it always rolls over to another comapany that u can tell is annoyed with the phone calls.So i always end up having to call the 800gouhaul where i wait on hold for over 30-45 minutes. Where i usually get a person who either doesnt know what theyre doing or sounds like she hates her job.Uhaul has really gone down hill unfortunately.I decided to type this while waiting on hold to talk to someone because of course there was no answer, and yep still on hold lol. Literally been trying to get through to them for 3 days. Never get an answer. I've either been bumped off the line while holding on the main number, or i have to eventually hang up because i have a life & cant sit on hold for over an hour or all day until thry want to answer.Anyways yeah i think its time to start doing business elswhere. Sad because i used to really like uhaul thats why ive always used them.

We came here to rent a trailer with a ramp to move a refrigerator and a TV. We drive away get to where we're going to pick up the refrigerator and there is no ramp. We Had to get the neighbors to lift a huge refrigerator into the back of this trailer then we get the fridge where we need to go and we've got to get neighbors to help take it down. I don't appreciate being charged for something that we didn't even receive. The chances of ever doing business at this location again are slim to none. We are very unhappy with the service.

I talked to someone Thursday about renting a pickup. After 10 minutes on the phone and reserving a Sunday pickup truck, they said they'd send me a confirmation email. It's now Sunday and I'm sitting at a closed business. I never received the email and no one's returning my calls. And I made arrangements to move a mattress today, which I'll have to cancel since I don't have a truck. I'd leave zero stars if it would let me. Just wasted half my Sunday waiting for them to NOT do what they were supposed to do. I gave them credit card # to reserve, I sure hope it's not charged. Don't do your U-Haul business here people!

I've tried three times now to get help with a hitch and trailer wiring! The first two times no one was there and the doors were locked well after they were supposed to be open. Now everything is open and there is STILL no one around. Good thing I'm not a thief! I'm certainly not a customer anymore either!
