Why do you work at a bank if you need a coin counter to count $4.25 in pennies, nickels and dimes to exchange for quartes? Doesn't anyone know how to count change the old fashioned way. I will not be back to this particular US bank branch. Technology has taken over the simplest tasks and also let's not forget how technology messes up. I didn't get the girls name but find a different profession if u can't count change less than $5 without using a damn machine! Lol some people would not survive if we lost all technology! ??????. Thank you safeway customer service for doing the banks job.

All of The Staff @ This location are Always helpful, professional & go out of their way to make sure they meet the needs of their customers.. I was recently going out of The Country & they provided me with a international card that would allow transactions with No Fee’s..

very impressed by this little branch in supermarket which is good since they have longer hours-- i needed a notary and david did a fabulous job- had a less than ez document and he was ready, willing and able i will go back for banking when needed--good job

This is our new old bank. We moved away and have returned. They still remembet us. I like the customer service here. Located in a Safeway store it is conveniently located.

Went to withdraw money from the ATM. Card got stuck in slot. You could see the card, but needed tweezers or some effort to remove it from the slot. Asked the gal that worked there to assist me and was told to just accept that the card would be shredded. Sean Dougherty the branch manager refused to even take down my phone number in case they are able to release the card once their atm technician arrived. I felt they didn’t even try and could careless if I had access to my accounts or not. Frankly I don’t bank with US Bank, but this transaction insured that I never will. I wouldn’t trust this bank with my money or even use their services.

I just learned after being a US Bank customer for 20 years they started charging $5 for money orders that used to be no charge for bank customers, one of the reasons I bank there, for special services I don’t use often. When I asked why, the teller responded: “Because we’re a bank and we can charge for it.” Wow, and she was quite rude to boot with an attitude of how dare I question why. Customer Service is no more.
