Worst Bank Ever. Employees are fine but the bank is not reliable. They closed my account with no good reason. They can have you hanging as they think own us. Stay away from US BANK. I moved to Novo with 0 fees and absolute fantastic service.

I deposited a check via mobile deposit. The US Bank system made an error, and sent it through twice (as I was told on a recorded line by US Bank, apparently the update that was occurring messed up my deposit.) It was then debited twice back to me and a $19 fee added to the account. When I called “customer service” they told me to take the check into a branch to be deposited. I did that, and yet again it was returned and a $19 fee added to my account. When I contacted customer service, they told me nothing could be done, I needed to contact the issuer of the check and request a stop and reissue. Are you serious? For a US Bank error? Figure it out! It was your system that made the mistake initially. I’ve been on the phone at minimum 4 separate times, and into the branch once. Let me spend more of MY TIME TRYING TO FIX YOUR MISTAKE.

Literally the worst customer service ever. They couldn’t even tell me where the next closest branch was. Acted like it wasn’t their problem. Thanks for a whole lot of nothing.

Usually I have a fantastic and easy experience here; the staff is very friendly & courteous. However my visits today with a one N., Jennifer was extremely frustrating and very unpleasant. This staff member was not focused enough on counting out a withdrawal properly, instead on talking to me about credit cards I am not interested in. As soon as I realized the amount did not match the receipt, I immediately returned in hopes to resolve the issue as quickly and sincerely as other staff has treated any issue. Contrary to that, I was waiting far longer than necessary only to be told that this tellers drawer is wack off what it should be and I cannot receive the remaining balance of my withdraw, regardless that the total balance was withdrawn from my account. I was told to "just trust" them to figure it out correctly(so that ill have to make a third special trip out to this branch for the same withdrawal), but I am having a hard time with that considering she could not count me out my withdrawal correctly in the FIRST place.

Best customer service I’ve ever received at a bank. Multiple times I’ve needed assistance and had some silly questions. They treat me like I have a million dollars. They are the best group!

Went in to this branch to make a car loan payment. Was told they could not accept the payment unless I opened a checking account and credit card with them. Made the payment by mail
