Kinley and Barbara are absolutely horrible! I had been previously told by a different Walmart that customer service is set up to help people no matter the need. I came in and asked these women to help me so that I could go to the bathroom. It was an emergency and I had an autistic girl with me who refuses to go in. All I needed was someone to watch her outside the door for 5 minutes. They had a conversation about it and then walked past me like they didn’t care less. I will NEVER shop here, as Kinley and Barbara make Walmart look really bad and uncaring! One star is generous!!!

So. It's Walmart but grocery orientated. Pretty cheap prices in relation to competitors.My reason for the low stars is because they have a clearance section that is quite literally not a clearance section.If something normally retails for $10 and you're selling it for $9 in the clearance section then that is not a clearance. That is definitely not the definition of the word clearance in the retail space, that's just called a sale. And this is the standard throughout all of the Walmart Neighborhood Markets regarding their clearance section.Until this changes, I'm sorry but not sorry I'm not changing my review.I'll add pictures next time I go there.Just for proof to anyone doubting this post.

Love this store location!. Had a wonderful interaction with store employee Leone today. She took great care of me! She was very polite and modeled excellent customer service despite it being the end of what im sure to be a long day, she maintained a positive attitude and a beautiful smile spreading great vibes to everyone around her.A big ?Thank You ?to Leone for your excellent service :)

Very Bad service mainly The cashiers to one of them when I was paying I told her I forgot to buy 2 more things and she twisted her mouth in disgust and I told her that it was fine that I would buy them later and if I went to the fray's to buy it better

This shouldn't reflect badly on all of them but one of the gentleman in the phone section insisted up left right and down that I had to buy a new one because my hotspot was out of service for 2 months. I went to the other Walmart and they solved it no problem, just buy the stupid refill card. As I told you in store, you are high dude.

The store has a fairly decent selection for being just a neighborhood market. The staff working the registers are generally very friendly. The issue is the absence of workers in the departments and isles. If you can’t find something, you are on your own. And in the rare event, I do find someone, they don’t know where anything is. I have been sent to the wrong aisle countless times. Management needs to train the staff on where things are.

Be careful when you have your orders delivered from this store. I have had to do multiple returns because they have given me items past the best by date. I went to make a gluten free pizza with a Schar crust purchased in September took it out if the box and it was hard as a rock looked at the date said March of 2022. I have received gluten free bread that should have been in the freezer was not stored in the freezer and moldy. Gluten free by products aren't cheap and for some reason lately have been a little bit difficult to find.

I love this store!! Lynda always greets you with a smile and has great customer service and always willing to help you !! The people are friendly and helpful! It's hard to find people in retail that are as friendly as the staff here!!

Terrible store...clarice the human resources and Matt the store mgr are horrible managers very unfriendly and treat customers and associates like garbage...if you could give 0 stars I would...they don't care about associates at all...and the only reason this store does good is becno other stores around area...Matt and Clarice are awful
