I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy. My Dad passed away 14 weeks ago and I wanted to take over the payments. However I was told that was not possible. So I applied for a loan and now over two months later we still have not closed I have been lied to several times. Such as being told that I would not be responsible for any more payments. So now my Dads bank account which I was in the process of trying to close is in the hole with a overdraft fee. The loan amount has been increased twice and now the underwriting is questioning my savings account. Stay away from the bank no matter what.

You have to do your banking business with washington federal to purchase a roll of quarters.....some how , that doesnt seem right.

This is the worst bank I've ever been too. I went in with a payroll check that was through this bank and was immediately treated with disrespect. I had told her Walmart wouldn't cash it as it's a written check not a typed check and she took that as it was bad. So I gave her the check and she starts inspecting it then pulls up all the old signatures and so on. She then proceeds to tell me she needs to call my boss and verify it as I was already sitting there for 30 minutes. It was a $230 check, why would I steal that with my real ID and then walk into a branch and try and cash it. When she was on the phone with my boss this lady was basically implying that I stole the check and filled it out myself. My boss and the owners know me very well and know I would never even think of that rather then do it. I would not come here poor customer service and they treat you like crap. To automatically assume that it was a bad check that I stole instead of asking or finding a solution is pathetic. I would give it 0 starts if I could. I've lived all over the US and was never treated like this before ever.

Had Wells Fargo for my business account. Not a good experience. Decided to change banks. I went to three different banks. They were my last stop. They made me feel very welcome, they answered all my questions and concerns. Decided to use them for my business affairs. It has been a wonderful experience. I've had them for about 9 months or so, and they've always been nice, friendly and helpful there. Even waived a fee for an annoying cashiers check fee that bmo Harris bank charged me. Thanks!

Excellent customer service, I'm switching from Chase. These guys treat you with care and compassion, something that's hard to find these days.
