Bought a brand new Mastecraft thru their Mallorca base / We ve had mouthing but problems Now with only tens of hours use one of the manifolds needs replacing NB anyone buying one of these boats should go on line and investigate the multiple issues with the manifolds We ve experienced them all over the past decades .
The mechanic in Mallorca knows probably more about these boats than anyone on the planet and has just bought a ski nautique - that tells you something - he requested a new manifold to repair the issue but was fobbed off with another part which was of no use _ If you are stupid enough to buy one of these boats as I was don’t say you haven’t been warned

They went above and beyond to help us in an emergency situation. Bobby called me back after seeing he had missed my call and I explained the situation. He told us to bring our boat over to their shop and he would see what he could do. They were able to fix our problem so we could get back on the water! I cannot thank them enough!

Purchased a terrific pre-owned boat from these folks. James is the consummate professional. He took time to work with us to be sure we got a great value, and was very thorough and transparent about the boat, its maintenance history and its prior ownership. Terrific integrity. Highly recommend.

Bobby, Nate and the rest of the crew here are incredible.My NXT22 broke down in the back of Last Chance on Monday morning. By Monday late afternoon, they had it up and running again. We were absolutely shocked that their customer service was so good. Bobby lives up to the Mastercraft name.

If you ever want to buy a boat, or want your mastercraft serviced by true professionals, this is the place to go. Tanner and his team make every effort to treat their customers with the utmost professionalism and care. They have gone above and beyond for me and my X-Star surf 2022. Prior to the X-Star we had a 2015 x20. Mastercraft has the best warranty in the biz, and mastercraft lake Powell serviced any need no matter how small that arose with each of my boats. I can't say enough accolades for this location. I have not dealt with either of the two other locations, but they must be equally awesome. Tanner and team, thank you so much.

This place was awesome! I clogged up my outboard on lake Powell, thought vacation was ruined. Called James at MasterCraft and they helped us out big time. He was able to get us in same day!! The technicians blew out my outboard and didn't try to up sell us on anything. Got us in/out in 1 hour. Got us back on Lake Powell. Big shout out to James and techs at MasterCraft, very professional, fair priced, and HONEST! ***10 stars***

The MasterCraft Lake Powell team saved our week at Lake Powell. Had boat issues and they made time in their schedule to fix it. Got us back on the Lake within hours. Tanner and his team are top notch. If you ever have boat needs in Page, MasterCraft Lake Powell is the place!

Mechanic was a solid dude who admitted he misdiagnosed a spark plug problem as a fuel injector problem.The “service expediter”, James, in case you ever are unfortunate enough to deal with him, charged me $600 for a set of spark plugs and an extra $50 because I made the mistake of asking the mechanic if he’d tighten a bolt on my tower.Absolute highway robbery.

During our trip to Lake Powell we had some alternator issues with our Supra boat. The next morning we went into the shop and they got us taken in right away and fixed our alternator all within 4 hours. They were super helpful and friendly. Great service and facility. Thanks for saving our trip to Lake Powell.

I’m from Utah and I have been looking for a good storage facility for my companies boats I drove by Masyercraft and saw what a wonderful clean and new facility they have , I then went to their website which is beautiful and easy to navigate.I decided to call and talked to zip about storage she was so friendly and gave me great customer service, she answered all my questions easily.I went to the facility where Jo had set up for me to work with Bobby another very personable and knowledgeable employee, he showed me the units and the facility which I am thrilled with, we ended up renting 3 units and are looking forward to the valet service along with the other amenities they offer!!I would definitely recommend this establishment to my friends!!

These guys are rockstars! Unfortunately, I have had to visit them several times on my trips to Powell and each time they have bent over backwards to help me get back out on the lake. I had the pleasure of working with Tanner and Q! My boat had a problem. I showed up at 9am. They got me right in. Fixed the problem with out running up a bill great guys, great service and fiat class building in facility. I will make sure that I come here if or when I have a problem.
