Every time we try to come to this store, the doors are locked because the employee is "on a bathroom break." It's getting ridiculous.

Super nice employees! We were looking for a specific seltzer and the clerk went right into the back to find it. When checking out, they had a cool new system and the guy was also very accommodating/nice!

Horrible. At this time of day I guess the line is long. The customer service people could care less if it is or not. They do not try to help you at all and could care less about what is going on in that store. Apparently they hate their jobs. I don't know if circle k paid them more that it will make them any better, but this store is a mess and the two people there or the three don't know how to direct traffic to move people through faster and just weren't generally welcoming at all.

The manager is awesome and consistently improving this store. The bad reviews have probably came from people who have never worked retail or convenient store retail. It is a hard thankless job. The manager and morning guy rock!!!!!!! Keep it up!!!

I have NEVER experienced the level of illiteracy that I was just forced to endure at this location. The attendant wasn't ringing anything up for customers. He was pointing to the self checkout machines and mumbling some gibberish to the patrons. I asked how I can check my lottery tickets nicely. He slurred something in my direction that was similar to a guttural howl that you might witness in a movie about cavemen. I shrugged nicely and asked him again. He yowled the same nonsensical utterance in my direction, only louder. I literally have zero idea of what he was saying. I was kind. I tried once more. And his final response harkened me back to memories of my childhood. It was almost exactly like the teacher in the Peanuts episodes. Just much, much louder. I left. What else could I do? I was at a dead end. To be honest, I'm wondering if he was mocking me for some reason that I can't fathom. Either that or he was simply so drunk that he'd lost complete control of his motor skills. It WAS NOT merely a language barrier. I'd never be critical of a guy who struggles with English. Believe me...that wasn't it at all. Who is this guy? All he needs to do with the self checkout machines is communicate. That's literally his only job. I can't ever go back. Done. Unbelievable.

I wouldn't recommend stopping at this location unless you absolutely have no other choice. I typically work in the general area so I've found myself here a few times but will avoid it if I can. When you arrive the uncleanliness is the first observation as there is literally trash just floating around the lot like tumbleweeds. Not sure if it's just me but there are always suspicious looking individuals hanging out on the side of the building.When you finally enter this location you are greeted with more or less of the same. The establishment is typically unclean and more notably the areas where food is served share the same fate. The employees are not going to be of much help, if they acknowledge your existence upon arrival, you are witnessing a miracle. The attitude and demeanor with which they carry themselves is appalling to say the least.Last thing of note would be the fact that if you're not planning on filling up your tank entirely.. just watch the triggers at the pumps. They have a tendency of automatically locking into place and can be a little annoying undoing it.

I'm not a Circle K fan because of always having closer a QT closer, however, stopped here since it was close and Russell and Julie are hilarious!!! They are friendly and fast! I stored in for a bottle water and these 2 really made us crack up!!! Anyway both are deserving of big raises!!! They have great personalities and quotes to live their jobs. This was one of free Circle Ks that was organized inside. These stars go out to Russ and Julie!!

The worst location I have ever seen I just got a job near by that have been at for two months every day I go they have no tea because machines are broken so your telling me they haven't been fixed in over two months? The place is dirty the employees are dirty trash everywhere food falling off grill like gross.

All the employees there are rude!! I went to purchase my normal morning food and drinks and they just snatch the bags and drinks out of my hands don’t tell you goodmorning back and it’s dirty af..: corporate needs to do something.

I’ve never given a poor review until now. I have only been here 2-3 times in the last six months, always in the evening, for a small bottle of alcohol which is behind the counter and always an awkward experience. The evening staff working the counter have never been helpful and quite rude about me asking, this, I can’t speak for the day shift employees. Tonight was ridiculous, and I even said a quick “hello” as I walked to the counter, yet ignored, not surprisingly. Again, had to wait awkwardly and finally I asked if they need to get the bottle because I have never had anyone just ask if they could help. I quickly had a very rude response, several other rude/awkward responses just to get a quick transaction completed, and then yelled at by the employee because I was shaking my head in amazement at the rudeness as I left the store. I typically give people the benefit that maybe they had a bad day, so I just let it go if someone is mean or rude to me for no apparent reason, but this was ridiculous. It was a quick purchase at a gas station. Again, I said hello and asked for assistance. Certainly didn’t care for the attitude. This person seemed to want to have an argument with a customer. I won’t be visiting this location again in the future.

Worst experience repeatedly. I have given this location so many chances and every time I go there it’s dirty, and never restocked. There are a couple of employees that do actually try there but the majority I’ve seen are either in their phones, cursing with a store full of customers or giving customers attitude. If people want a better location go right down the street to the one on Shea. They are cleaner and nicer there. It’s like night and day when comparing the two.

This please have a terrible service, all drink was not cold, the staff is not friendly; they look like wasn’t work there. The bathroom is out soap’s. This owners really need it take care about to this place.
