I have banked with National Bank of Arizona for 10 years and love them. Todays expierence not so much. It took 20 minutes in the drive thru for a simple deposit. She did not add one of the checks, had to send it back no appoligies. Customer service is going down hill

Every friday i have to cash my check at this bank and i spend 10 to 15 minutes of my lunch waiting either inside or the drive thru. Terrible service.

Thirty percent of staff preoccupied and doesn't have time for you, three times I've been turned away due to computers were down. I've tried to be upbeat and patient, on line services are the worst, keep locking you out, NOW it's time to move on...
