We've worked with Rico and AJ at Allstate for the last 5 years and they've always been very helpful, knowledgeable of the industry and best ways to help us in order to keep our liabilities low as well as our payments. Our daughter just got her own first car and this experience was no different. They were able to set us up in literally 15 minutes and gave us multiple options to ensure we understood our cost and liability coverages. Our daughter was happy because that meant she could start driving immediately. Thanks for all of your help and ensuring we are getting the highest level of service and care! I was having trouble getting through to AJ Azuelo’s Allstate branch, Rico reached out and was able to solve my issue with my account and insurance coverage. I have been with Allstate for over 6 years and will continue to carry Allstate for all my insurance needs. Thanks Rico and Addison for the great customer service!

Let me say that Allstate is the worst insurance co I have never even been with!! Let me explain. April 7, 2023 I gave them my first payment, well their employee entered one digit wrong on my checking account, so apparently they decide to wait till after you get into an accident to tell you that you are no longer insured. They let me file claim, gave me the enterprise rental reservation number and still never told me I did not have insurance. I get a call on the 18th almost 3 weeks after my insurance was cancelled telling me they are not going to fix my car cause I did not have insurance.....I was so upset, filed with BBB a complaint and got a call from Corporate saying they were not going to honor the claim, so all I can do now is make sure everyone knows that you are not in good hands with Allstate....

I would like to give a big shout out to Rick and AJ Azueulo Insurance. Rick spent time talking to me over the phone yesterday and worked up some quotes for homeowner and car insurance for me. Although I never met him personally, I immediately knew he is a man of integrity and honestly, Ultimately, I went in a different direction based on my specific needs and budget, but the next time I am looking for insurance, he will be first on my list to call. Mad respect for Rick and I wish he and the agency much success.
