My car broke down on Christmas Eve, the day after Christmas we took it to a place close by that was unfriendly and were given a $4400 quote with little explanation. One of the items on the list was for brakes and we remembered having a good experience at this Brakes Plus in the past, so we took our car there for a 2nd opinion. They do way more than just fix brakes! The service guys were all so nice and explained the reasoning behind everything that we needed done. Between 4 tires at Discount and the repairs at Brake Plus, we were safely back on the road for $2200...half the price quoted at the first place!

I was recommended from a family member to this brakes plus and I have never had a better experience than with Jason, Paul and the entire team. They have been extremely prompt and helped me with everything I have needed and had great recommendations. I would without a doubt recommend them to anyone needing service in the area!

I want to share my experience. I got the info from a friend who says they only trust Paul with their cars and they have been going to him for years. They suggested I come to this brakes plus. Paul and the guys here at Brakes Plus are AMAZING!!! I only take my car and my daughters car here to get worked on. Extremely knowledgeable on my daughter's VW Beetle and those brands are tricky to work with. These guys are the most honest, and they get you taken care of immediately. They truly care about their customers here. If I ever have a question about my car issues, my go-to is these guys. I highly suggest coming here. I only trust the crew at this Brakes Plus for my vehicle care needs. Thank you!!!!

I can't say enough positive things about this place!!! Honestly, all the employees are kind and courteous! I always get nervous getting my car worked on, but they are trustworthy and have amazingly fair pricing! They honored my warranty even though parts had been changed and they didn't have to! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys!

Paul always has been doing good customer service with me for years. This brakes plus is 30mins from my home, but I always come here for him and the great work the gentleman in the back do. Everything is always professional and well installed!!

I always have the best experience here! I’ve been going to Paul since I was a teenager and he’s always been honest and straightforward with me. He’s also just one of the kindest guys around…Brandon is also absolutely amazing. The best! He has gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is in the best possible shape. I drive 30 minutes to go here because they are the most trustworthy guys around 11/10 ????

Always great service here! Paul the manager along with his team are fantastic and transparent! Took care of my 21 Tacoma Oil change, tire rotation and brake pads warranty on a crazy busy Saturday. Highly recommend for all of your vehicle maintenances

I had issues before at a different Brakes Plus, but all I needed was a basic oil change so I went there at 83rd Ave. and deer Valley. They called me that afternoon and told me my transmission fluid, spark plugs, cabin and air filters, including a whole brake flush needed all be done. Well good thing I know a real company that does not try to screw you over. I took my vehicle there and had them double check everything. They told me all my fluids were absolutely clean, filters were all clean and there's no way they even check the transmission fluid because it was still locked. I will never be bringing my vehicle to this place again nor trust any other company except for Ken's auto repair on Kelton Avenue

As the original owner of my 02 Toyota 4Runner. I have always used the same mechanic as he knew me, my vehicle, the quality of parts, and service I expected. I was devastated to hear he retired about six months ago. So, I asked my friends for a referral for a reliable mechanic and a great friend suggested going to see Ed at Brakes Plus on 83rd Ave and Deer Valley. I found the establishment clean, organized, and it smelled amazing, possibly a candle (in a mechanic shop?) so not expected! The fact is it felt warm and inviting. Ed was polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to hear my concerns and when I returned, he explained the repairs my vehicle needed. He even explained them in the priority I needed to get them done in. I gave Brake Plus and Ed a five-star review because he provided me with superior customer service, a quick turnaround, and fair prices. I have found my new mechanic and a place I would recommend to my family and friends.

We live quite a ways from this shop but will only go to this location and see Brandon. He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I can rely on him to give us honest and accurate information about the problems and all options, so we can make the best informed decision to move forward. He has diagnosed issues that other shops could not identify on more than one occasion, and I know I’m not being unnecessarily unsold when I talk to him. He personally ensures the job is done right. It’s rare to find such reliable and honest service and absolutely recommend him to friends and family.

Brandon and his team were professional, timely, and they gave me the best value for all the work I got done. Brandon even offered me a ride home so I wouldn’t have to wait 2 hours to get all my things fixed on my old RAV4.
