Each one of the Fry's is a little different. I found what I needed and added a few items. The produce was nice and fresh. Don't miss the giant strawberries on sale.

Don't understand prices go up and service goes down. Everytime I go in there I feel like a bate and switch. I have learned to read my receipt. They bank on the fact that you don't read your receipt and that you get all the way home and you think I don't want to drive back for that amount. This trip was hot dogs they put the expensive ones under the sale sign and it needs to have a special clipped coupon and if it's not clipped you don't get the price but then you don't get the price anyways because it's a different product under the sign you say something to them and they say that's just how it is you know if we did that with their money we would be arrested.

Having lived in Phoenix for over 10 years and enjoyed the Frys there, this store was a huge disappointment. The floors and look of the store made me feel like I was in a thrift store. The produce department was just sad. It was small and had very little selection. Especially the organics. The meat department was similar. I live in south Sun City and this store is close to me but I will be driving to the Glendale store on Bell and 67th from now on.

The last few years this place has become a joke (not that any Kroger outlet was ever particularly respectable), the prices have gone out of control but on top that I now have to pass through some ridiculous gate system cause apparently shoplifting has "become a problem." Meanwhile half the store has doubled in price and replaced half their product with Kroger brands, which can range from not bad to "I doubt anything resembling food is in this." Which makes me think corporate greed and shrinkflation is the real problem. Kroger should be broken up not allowed to buy Albertson's.
I always feel so bad for the employees, they always look so tired and beaten down. The only reason it gets two stars is it's relatively clean and I can't say the same for the Fry's that's actually closest to me.

This location used to have the best fried chicken, in my opinion. Since they changed to the new recipe, it's so dry. Very disappointing. The staff are friendly and always helpful.

Do not buy from here, it’s a total scam, I bought a Nordstrom gift card and someone had already used it when I tried to use the funds someone had purchased from it. And called fry’s and said it’s not their fault people scam.
