I highly recommend Generation Jewelers. I went to multiple jewelry locations for an engagement ring and found Brian online. I called and set up an appointment and he happened to have an available time that day. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Worked within my budget and made the process very easy. I had a timeline it needed to get done and Brian made it happen. Most importantly, my fiancé loved the ring.

Called twice and left messages both times, trying to get an appt to bring my diamond rings in. Never got a phone call back. Thank goodness I found another jeweler up the road, that DOES call people back.

I took my wife's old ring into Brian to have him make a new one. Never met him or heard about GJ. I expect decent customer service just about everywhere. Brian exceeded ALL expectations-- from customer service to making one of the most beautiful rings I could imagine. Wife cried when she saw it. I can honestly say I wont see anyone different when it comes to jewelry. He went WAY beyond "standard" practice. Integrity to the nth degree. And in reading other reviews, I'm not alone!
