If I ever need my vehicle fixed or serviced again I will NEVER bring it back to this dealership. I would NOT recommend this dealership for automotive service to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I can not speak on the sales team as I haven't dealt with them, but the service department has been giving me the run around and seem to lack proper communication. My vehicle has been in their care since the 6th of August, when it was towed down there by my mechanic, who did the engine swap, he was in contact with Joe originally. They kept in contact, and I kept in contact with my mechanic...Well
my Wrangler was released back to me on the 17th after spending $1600 dollars, on a radiator, that I didn't need, plus the cost of: a rental car, my time driving down there, and having to get a hotel room because the issue wasn't even fixed. I had expressed my concern over the phone, before even making the almost 4 hour drive, that I did not believe my vehicle was actually fixed, but was reassured that it was. I had originally told the service department my Jeep over heats going up hill climbs and/or when running at 3000 rpm or higher for an extended amount of time. I requested that they drive it up a hill and was told "there are none." Well, my vehicle absolutely started over heating on the way through the mountains back towards the Mogollon Rim and I had to turn around and baby it back to the shop, which at that point was about 8pm when I got it back there. After dropping it back off on the 17th I was FINALLY asked on the 20th if they could take my vehicle on an extended test drive up a grade, because they "can't get it to over heat" The test drive still has NOT happened to my knowledge. I have been very open about what work had already been preformed on my vehicle. I feel like they are not listening to my concerns or really care about the fact that I NEED my vehicle to survive. So far including the $1600 I have spent at this dealership on a radiator and thermostat, I have already spent about $800 on a fan & assembly, over $500 on a cooling system diagnostic, thermostat, and radiator flush, and over $8000 on an engine swap. It's been to 3 other mechanics for the same over heating issue. The last mechanic had it towed to them because the cooling system all checked out, but the high fans didn't kick on. I keep getting the run around from y'all, I also don't know if they ever checked the fan relay or computer system... We were told the hottest they could get my Jeep to is 237, which they don't seem too concerned with even though its not on hill climbs and 195 to 220 is the optimal temperature. Plus, they haven't taken my vehicle up a grade or steep hill climbs like they asked me for permission to do over a week ago. I live in the WHITE MOUNTAINS, how do y'all expect me to do anything?! I was told Friday by Aaron I would be getting a call on Monday. My fiance was told Saturday he was to be getting a call back from Nick on Monday. I called Monday and was told Pete would be getting an update from the shop foreman as Aaron is off Monday, never heard back. I called Tuesday and was told by some random person Aaron wasn't in but he looked on the computer and they are still working on it, but had no info on what exactly they were working on as "they cant get it to over heat and haven't taken it up a grade" so he sent me to Nick's voice-mail. I left a message and still have yet to hear back. I am so sick of getting the run around, no answers, and excuses as to why things haven't been done yet. Don't tell me or my fiance you are going to call us back, then don't. I live in an extremely rural part of AZ and NEED my vehicle back! The nearest grocery store is 30 miles, my kids closest bus stop is 14 miles, the hospital is over 40 miles, my job is 28 miles away. I can't get a taxi, an uber, or use a rental car. I can't order food delivery, I don't get mail (PO Box) or trash pick up (7 miles) at my house. At this

Overall a good experience, the pricing options were explained well and the work performed seems well done. Polite and professional care as well as keeping us informed. I would recommend peoria service center.

I bought a truck through this dealer without a working taillight. I contacted my sales person the next day and said he would get it taken care of. Now I am fighting with them to get this taken care of since it should have been working when I bought the truck. Also it has taken them over a month to even start my paperwork. I have been the one trying to check in to see what the progress is with my paper work. I should know that it is going to be taken care of in a timely manner but obviously it hasn’t. I would not recommend going to this dealership because how awful this experience has been.

Our sales person was Sebastian, who was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He also introduced us to Joel, who knew the previous owner of the used truck we were interested in. Joel also very professional, knowledgeable and honest. When it came time to do the financial side of the deal, we met Rodney. Once again, all of the above, plus, he took his time to explain the paperwork and answered our questions. He didn’t rush us, even though they were very busy at the time.

Service people work proficiently within the parameters they work in. There are sometimes long waits for parts or items beyond their control but the work hard to provide good service. A part that was destroyed by rodents was not available so the service tech repaired and rewired the part back to a serviceable condition. Many techs these days only know how to “replace” parts not repair them. It was refreshing for me to see/know we still have common sense repair men!!!
