Stopped by to update my address and billing. The girl Dianna put me on her cell phone with someone she said can help me, but warned me her cell phone was dying. The guy on the other end Julio was rude and hung up on me when I inquired about life insurance for my minor. He acted like I was trying to set my daughter up. Hate Allstate as it is but will NEVER return to this location. Made sure to call the 1800 number and fill them in. Worst customer service I have ever received. Not professional at all.
