Just purchased a 24' golf-R. Staff is great. No high pressure sales. I'm not going to talk about prices. It is what it is with a sports car in these times. In the past the prices were fair IMO. This the 5th VW myself & my family have purchased here over the years. Most likely the only dealership I never left angry.

Ten year customer. Always been pretty good. This last time a couple things I asked to be fixed were not. The service manager had sent an email asking how things went. I responded but never heard back. Then I sent a separate email to my service advisor with the same details and I also never heard back. So when it comes to customer service, your mileage may vary...

I had dealt with several other dealerships looking for a replacement car and by far Lunde Volkswagen blew all others out of the water. My salesperson, Steven T., was professional, patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

My experience start to finish was 10 out of 10. I was able to fill out all the paperwork online before coming in and work out the deal saving me time throughout my day. Richard and Brandon were amazing and accommodating when I arrived. There was no typical pressure of the usual car buying experience, and I didn’t have to feel like I was fighting to buy a car. They went above and beyond make sure everything was taken care of. Tristan from finance made the process easy and smooth there was not a sensation I was being upsold on any add-ons. In the future I only plan on buying cars from the dealership.

Lunde VW is fantastic. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue. Very clean, organized shop, and fantastic service advisors and mechanics. I needed brakes and rotors, and was able to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon like I got an oil change. And it was last minute! Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a car don’t hesitate to go. They are very welcoming from the phone conversation to looking at car in person to the quick and easy purchasing of the car. Our salesman, Jeffrey Leisses, was very accommodating, patiently answered our questions, and was understanding. Ask for him if you go there for a car. Phillip Vigarino made the purchasing easy and quick. It was a positive experience. Don’t hesitate to go; you will not be disappointed.

My salesperson Shams was very helpful and the sales manager was very honest. The price he gave me over the phone was the exact deal I got when I arrived at the dealership. This dealership is honest and straightforward. I had an excellent overall experience. I would highly recommend them.
