Overall, I was pleased with the whole buying process. Initially, I was on the fence about purchasing a new Jeep. I never felt pressured to make a decision right away. When I did finally commit, I started the process online. Maybe it saved some time. I can’t really say. I was at the dealership for 2 hours, which to me was still a long time especially after a long work day. Now, I wasn’t too impressed with the trade in value I was given for my old Jeep, and they refused to budge. I also felt like they didn’t even really look at it. Almost as if I was brushed off when I asked about it. When I did the application online, it had valued my trade in at about $1,500 more. I even made sure to include that my windshield was chipped and I marked it as fair even though the condition of my vehicle was better than fair. Other online sites also provided higher numbers for a “fair” condition vehicle. So, that kind of made me a little annoyed and undervalued but not enough to walk away. The only other thing that kind of bothered me about this particular dealership is that while there was no pressure to purchase a vehicle, they sure do pressure you afterward to write a 5 star review. In all honesty, I cannot give 5 stars because of how I felt I was treated in regards to my trade in and the constant pressure for that 5 star review. I would, however, still recommend them to others because it is one of the first dealerships that I have been to where they don’t attack you the second you step out of your car and try to force you to purchase a vehicle.

Hank was a wonderful partner in helping my son and I find a safe and reliable vehicle. I have never had the kind of attention to detail that he possessed during an auto purchase. He really listened to the things that were important and found my son and I a vehicle that checked every box on our list. We will definitely remain Moore customers in the future!
