I have been getting my nail here for about 6 months now. Tina has always done my dip manicure and pedicure. She does the best job. The spa is very clean, friendly service and on time when you make an appointment.

If you're ready for a $45 nail service to turn into a $75 from unannounced fees. We love the people but wers disappointed in the service xtra surprise charges.

Even though I accidently made my appointment for next month at 12:15, the nice gentleman at the desk got me in today for a pedicure. The shop is very clean and bright, and everyone is very friendly. Jenny did a wonderful job on my pedicure, and I'm looking forward to going back!

After being told that with their most expensive pedicure package of $85 that I could choose either gel or regular nail polish, I chose regular nail polish. Then after more than two hours, when I removed my shoes it rubbed off. The nail tech I did have was great, but neither of the ones I had communicated with me nor did the manager. I called and they scheduled for me to have it fixed, but knowing that their regular polish work would rub off I asked for gel instead (under the belief that it came in my $85 packaged I purchased Friday). Upon leaving after it being fixed, I was told I would be charged $25 for the gel. I explained i was informed that it was included my deluxe package but as the kind receptionist was speaking with me the oh so distant manager was claiming it didn't matter. It does not matter the nail tech gave me false information nor the one today who redid the polish say that I would be charged for this correction to change my polish type. If I would have been told, I would not have asked for it or if I was given correct information I wouldn't have believed it was included. The manager didn't speak to me herself, which was very rude and bad customer service on her end. I would not recommend this place with hidden charges and lack of communication. Go somewhere else.

Henry is AMAZING! He paid so much attention to detail on my nails I LOVE them! I would usually have Daniel (he's amazing too!) but he wasn't there when I went in and Henry did just amazing! Highly recommend ! It was about $82 without tip(YES I tipped but cash). Highly recommended their product that they use is amazing and the salon is super clean and has a great vibe!

I've been here a handful of times now. Vee is a great tech and I've had other techs do my gelx fills when she is not there. I've always left happy and loved my nails!

I'm so disappointed to write this because I have always had a very good experience here until today. They put me with an elderly manicurist. I asked for Peppermint Jelly, she brings out Champagne (ok fine....) I am all for people working at any age but she pressed down on my hang nails with a triangle tool and didn't extract them, did not have enough strength to remove any dead skin on my heels, actually used an orange and rubbed it against the skin. On a positive note, the leg massage was amazing, and her nail paint job was a 7/10. Not horrible, but not flawless. I literally am leaving here and going and getting another pedicure. 4-26-24 at 11:30am (Jelly pedicure $85 plus gel $15 with Julie)

Disappointed, very upset w/ this business. Scheduled a mani/pedi, they didn't have the color I wanted, I told them I'd go elsewhere..they insisted I'd stay/ look more. Woman doing my pedi filed so hard/ cut into my skin and rounded my toes when I asked for sharp/ square, I asked the man for my nails to be thin 2x..he made them thick. I've had back surgery so my back hurts often and he had me twisting over to the side in the chair for him to do my mani although I said I didn't need both services done at the same time because of the discomfort. I mentioned it hurt multiple times throughout the appt, I told the front desk lady it didn't go well....she didn't anythinor ask me what went wrong or offer to fix their mistakes, nothing. Terrible customer service. So sad.

My friend & I met her for a pedicure appointment today. They provide prompt service, a fair price, the facility is clean & the staff is extremely attentive & courteous. They also waived the debit/credit card upcharge for my 1st visit, without my asking. I ordered a polish for my toes that, in retrospect, I don't really like...but that's on me. I can, & will, live with it. I will, definitely, go back!!

This place is great and continue to come back. If only they would remove your cuticle when doing a fill rather than having to add an 8 dollar fee or recommend mani. You'd think it was just be part of the entire process but it's not.

Brought myself and 3 daughters to get nails done for wedding. One of my daughters had just had a baby and hadn't been out of house for a few weeks. The male nail tech, I believe his name was Daniel, humiliated my daughter about the condition of her feet. He then proceeds to do a dip on her nails without a manicure first. When she questioned him about the price of a dip only w/ no manicure, he said it wasn't his fault no one told him she wanted a manicure too. Hello, 4 appts for manis and pedis. Who'd do a dip only? Will never return here
