Phoenix Tax Planning has done my taxes for personal and my business for years. They are great people, treat me with respect and help save me and my business money. Do not know what I would do without them.

Super disappointed in this tax service company- we were recommended here by a friend. Seemed to do adequate on our first year (although I am now having them rechecked) so we went for our 2016 taxes with them. First, they were riddled with errors - that were so obvious that within 2 minutes of us looking at them we had to make corrections FOR THEM! We had also had a move for medical reasons and we asked them to follow up on this - they essentially refused but only after they told us our taxes were finished. They told us our only option was to pay them MORE money and they would arbitrate with the IRS - took our taxes elsewhere saved us thousands and thousands of dollars! All because they wouldn't even bother to see if we qualified for an exemption. Lazy and unmotivated to take care of their clients.

Gary Deardorff called me about 1 hour after I submitted a question online through the Dave Ramsey site. Phoenix Tax Planning is an Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider. I felt very comfortable speaking with Gary - he was thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Gary!
