Brittany, was amazing in helping out with my claim. This office puts all others to shame. I put Brittany and Kevin McGraw’s State Farm office above all other insurance carriers. The customer service I experience here, is always a pleasure. There’s no automated system that you have to fight through, just to talk to someone. When you call, there’s always someone there to help when you need it the most.

Everyone that works with and for kevin are amazing, I had an issue with a claim recently that could have been a huge deal and Cassandra went out of her way to help me through it and made the whole process very simple for me! She has also helped me with multiple auto, motorsports and other policy's. Every encounter I have had with any of the people that work with and for kevin has been nothing but top notch service!.

Again, I worked with Brenda today from Statefarm Insurance. I loved that she contacted me for our insurance needs, which we have been trying to change to do needing more. She is the best. OK, I believe that because I really love talking to her or talking to one person all the time. I feel we've gained a relationship with Statefarm, and that's so important to me versus getting so many other people to talk to. Any and all future insurance needs will always go thru Statefarm. They really seem to care about their customers.
Seriously, I've gotten quotes from other companies when my husband was looking. I wouldn't have done that, but my husband didn't know that they are truly the best. Plus, we used statefarm for many years, as well as my family. Why look anywhere else. So, seeing Satefarm still has the best deals, I wouldn't change them for anything. You can really have faith in them to provide the insurance you need.
Thank you, Brenda, as well as the entire Statefarm staff. I wish everyone would try them. They would not be disappointed.
