Everything was perfect. They were on time and ready to go. We were not. They helped us wrap the sofas and the bedroom furniture. They were professional, polite and moved at a steady pace. The quoted time went over by .25 hours but it's because were were not 100% ready for them and because they took a few extra items i forgot to mention when I called for a quote. We were scheduled to have 3 movers although only two arrived. The hourly fee was reduced from $260.00 to $205 per/hr. I believe these two gentlemen were able to do the work of 3 people. He had mentioned that they had been working together for several years.
Please be generous when calculating the gratuity. I could have done it myself if I had 3 days and a possible cardiac arrest. A Google search indicates $20 - $30.00 per mover. I recommend 20%+ of quoted total. Its worth every penny. I am so grateful for their experience. Nothing was damaged. Extremely professional. Thank you!

Our wall in the loft of our brand new home was damaged (see pic attached) by the movers during placement of our sofa and the movers did not inform us that it happened. We found it behind the sofa after move was complete. We called the office but no one answered and the voicemail was full. I also emailed them about the issue.
Additionally, we were provided at estimate for our move of all of our things from our home and a 10x15 storage unit that was not full at all for 5-7 hours and it took 10.5 hours total with 4 men and two trucks. We did not have more items than originally reported when were given the quote and the movers indicated based on the items in the order they did not think the 5-7 hours was an accurate quote.
The final total was way more than the highest estimate amount in quote and we did not utilize the overnight fee included in the original estimate.
This was a very disappointing moving experience as my coworker spoke highly of her experience with this moving company.

Two Men and a Truck is the only moving company to use if you want your belongings moved professionally and with care. I will only use them moving forward with any move I may have and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you for a nice a smooth experience, I really appreciate it.

The team that helped me moved had a cancelation and called to see if I was available earlier than scheduled which was awesome. They arrived promptly, and made easy work out of my heavy furniture. They were personable and professional. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends looking for help moving!

great experience from beginning to end! the lady in the office was super nice, informative and not pushy. it made me book without quote shopping. moving day ralph and alex were phenomenal- they were on time, efficient and personable. being a single woman they were very respectful and willing to help with what ever i needed including tossing something in the trash that was too heavy for me. they knew what they were doing, offered advice on my storage unit and packed well so that multiple trips would not be needed. they were honest and trustworthy. they found a ring they could have easily put in their pocket and i never would have known- instead they brought it to me right away showing me what they had found. no hidden fees or agendas. they did a great job and i will definitely use them when i move at the end of the year.

I got a bad experience with the company. They charge me almost triple the price I made the deposit and they did not get all the stuff. The best way I can describe the people moving the stuff are incompetent, and it's not like they don't know what they are doing but there's a lot more ways that they could have done better.

We moved our 102 yr old father into assisted living and the men we had to move him were exceptional. They left his electric chair until last. They were very respectful of him and his belongings. We couldn't have asked for anyone better.

Both the office staff and the movers were of tremendous help in getting through the ups and downs of selling and buying a house at the same time. My furniture and boxes wee handled safely without damage. When I had to reschedule delivery to the next after the truck was packed they accomodated my needs with only a small fee. Painless!! Thank you Two Men and a Truck!

Fees are egregious and the office manager was rude when confronted about it. Paid $600 to move a squat rack that only took them a hour for the entire job. Workers were pressing about being tipped as soon as they were on site. Hire anybody else but these people. Massively over priced service and apparently don’t pay their workers enough.

The movers were professional, timely and did an amazing job. I was brought to uncontrollable crying because an old silverware box full of my Mom's silverware was supposedly lost. But, one of the movers "Izeke" noticed a box on top of the China cabinet. It was my Mom's lost silverware. I was more than happy. If he didn't notice it. It would still be there. THANK YOU
