Lee is an excellent representative for Verizon. He was very good at explaining the new phone and new plan and he downloaded all my information from my dinosaur phone into the new one. Give that guy a raise!?

The woman that helped us was AMAZING! She was helpful, wasn't pushy with upselling, and got everything done in a timely manner. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves kudos. My wife complimented her on her beautiful eyes. If that helps her get a well needed pat on the back.

If I could give this Verizon zero stars, I would. I was told by an online representative that this store had the phone (IPhone 15 Pro Max) that I wanted. I went to the store where I was told that it was not in stock, that’s okay. In no way was it the store representatives fault that the phone wasn’t there.At first, the representative was very kind. I was told that I could redeem the promotion that was currently running. This promotion is the reason I wanted the phone in the first place. He told me that they could order the phone.While he ordered it he told me that I could pick out items in the store. He told me that he would give me a discount for the items that I selected. For example, I selected four items he said he would give me a discount his store ran. I can’t remember the specific discount. I purchased four items.The store representative then started talking about his other job, his side hustle if you will. He told me they were hiring and asked if I was interested. I should have trusted my gut and not given him my number.He told me he ordered the phone and that it would be a few days.When I got home and later checked the receipt in which NO discounts were given and the total cost was upwards of $200. After giving him my number I started receiving calls from his girlfriend.Like I said, it’s on me for providing him with my number. This mistake does not excuse his girlfriend calling me over the span of weeks. In addition, I was followed on Instagram by the two of them. He later started requesting my close friends on Instagram as well.I went in the store and returned the $200 worth of items. I should have pulled the manager aside and complained right then and there.Fast forward, it’s been weeks and I haven’t heard anything about my phone until yesterday when the Verizon store calls me.I go into the store where a different representative helps me. Her name was Liz, or Elizabeth. She was THE ONLY thing about this experience that wasn’t horrible. If a manger is reading this please praise Liz for being an exceptional employee.Anyways, Liz told me my phone had been in the store for about a week. A WEEK. Tell me why I received almost 20 phone calls from the other representative’s girlfriend, but NO calls from him about my phone.Liz then told me that I have to pay around $135 upfront. Um - this would have been very nice to know. I was told my the other representative that it would be one $35 fee added onto my bill. He NEVER mentioned a $135 charge. Thankfully Liz waved about $35 for me due to the experience.I wanted to call today to talk to a manager, or even the owner but I cannot get ahold of the store. There are things that I would like to address and I cannot even get ahold of this store.For anyone considering going here, don’t. Go to a Verizon store that 1. Answers their phones and 2. Hires individuals who value customer service.I am uncomfortable with a lot of aspects of this situation and intend on reaching out until I am able to speak with a manager.

Alicia is a real credit to your Verizon store in Peoria. She is a wonderfulcustomer service person. I bought a new phone Friday and had a couple of glitches and she was able to help me get it fixed. I appreciate her kind service.Liz also helped me in the Peoria store with another problem. She was veryprofessional and kind explaining acouple of questions I had with my newI-phone. These two ladies are a credit to your store. Excellent customer serviceby both. Thank you.

Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained all the options to me and helped me make a final decision. I never felt rushed to make a decision. I have visited this Verixon store several times and will definetly visit in the future.
