Not my first time at Wilhelm Auto, they helped me about a year ago but this time something came up that they mentioned to me before ..I needed new suspension. My car is 10 years old and now it’s back to good as new. When the problem arose I knew it might be that because they mentioned it was starting to have “excessive play” sure enough that was the issue. Thank you Wilhelm!

Repair took a little longer than planned. But service advisors Mike and Gerson were always tentative and answered when called on. Would take my vehicle back. Overall good experience.

I have been to Wilhelm twice. Both times were positive with service and timely repairs. I won't be going back though because I feel that I have been price gouged. I was charged 249.99 for a part that I sourced afterward for 150.00 from the dealer and 85.00 from a on line parts store. I was charged 277.50 for, I'm assuming one hour of labor. I was charged 42.20 for shop supplies that were not listed. The tech did a vacuum test, reattached a hose to my carb. and installed a vapor canister.
The total was 593.36. The good news is that my truck did pass Emissions, but for that amount of money, I could have gotten a really bad paint job.
It's two days since I left the review and I just received a call from the manager at Wilhelm. He wanted to know how they could make my experience with them better. He went through the cost analysis of the service I received and I was satisfied. Any business that will call back on a poor review and explain the motives for there service is impressive and I am changing my review.

This is the Best place to fix your car in the World. They are Honest and completely devoted to their customers and it was the best experience Ive had. They won my trust and fixed my car that had a problem for a year and 6 months i only wish that I had come to them in the very beginning. They resolved all the issues with my car Im so grateful and thank you. I will always go to this at location

Go too Joe's auto for air condition recharge, this place wants over $250 asked him about senior discount and $250 guess they think they can take advice of seniors will report. Joe's auto $101. Do your research before coming here. Scam alert ⚠️ ? ?. If could give 0 stars I would.

The rep that I was working with not only solve my problem timely but he also gave me some very good advice. The shop did good work on my car and also fill up all of my tires to exact same psi. I will come back to this shop for any services my car need in the future.
