Charlie, Dale, and Lily are amazing store BR ambassadors... phenomenal customer service! The store is immaculate, I purchased shorts and boots for an amazing price. Must stop BR in Phoenix.

Horrible Customer Service! I visit this store bc it’s the closest to home, but I have been treated so badly. I spend $300-400 each time I come in, but the staff is so discriminative/ racist. There’s never anyone shopping there, yet the staff and manager pretend to be busy as I stand by the counter ready to check out. I’ve worked at BR- Houston and never ignored any customers! Shame on you!

Store was clean, all clothes were in order/organized, and I could not rave enough about the associates present during my shopping. Lilly and Charlie (sorry if spelled incorrectly) offered not only fashion advice, but endless compliments and a fantastic atmosphere. They were awesome and if I don't come back for the clothes, I will for them! I would rate this experience more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you! <3

Lily was an intelligent sales person who helped me when I was shopping at this location. She was knowledgeable about the products and also had the right answer for every question I asked. It would be nice if more stores had these kinds of employees working for them. This store must have higher standards for who they hire.

Poor customer service. I went in looking for a blouse and there was one older lady associate who does not know good customer service. Maybe she thought hovering and following people around obsessively was nice but made shopping a bad experience
