Worked there for 4 years and wasn't paid enough to afford a 1 bedroom apartment, meanwhile I sat in many meetings with executive Peter Witty where he would talk about the mansion he had built next to a lake, which was not his only house. I was harassed and bullied by another employee until I was forced to quit. Worst experience of my life.

This workplace used to be one of the bests in the valley. With all the hiring at executive levels, they have ruined the work culture. They are imposing the return to work propaganda.

I have to say its been a lot in the workings for this review! First of all I will admit Im no ***** and my business is nothing like spark lights. I have a ***************** and they have a corporate company big difference, but I will not treat my customers like theyre disposable. Ive had problems with the customer service since day one here. I am a year maybe a little more later After almost waiting a year for a **** gift card for upgrading my Internet speed, having to argue about when they were coming to turn my service on at the beginning to movin my service to a different location for my business and starting service at home a new place for me! After waiting 2 weeks just for an appt date I get cancelled on when they didnt give me the phone call I was supposed to recieve! The gal on the phone acted like I messed up I pay almost 500 a month for this Im searching for alternative companies Im not familiar with the companies around here! And I will be gone!

Business owners beware. If you buy a business plan, they will lock you into a contract. If you want to end your service early, you will pay the full cost of the monthly service for EVERY MONTH REMAINING ON YOUR CONTRACT. It's not just a fee. It could be literally thousands of dollars. And they really don't care what the reason is you're cancelling. Just make sure you know the terms of your contract. The internet service itself has been good for me, but finding out that it's going to cost $1600 to cancel the service . . . yeah, not so good.

I am very happy with my Sparklight service. I had internet connectivity issues and in a timely and precise manner Sparklight sent technicians (Pat) over and had my internet service back and running.Thank you to **************, *******, *** and his supervisor for the exceptional quality of service. I will be using Sparklight internet for many years to come.Great communication, timely service, excellent customer service.

I have been a loyal customer for nearly 20 years. I haven’t had any problems until recently. First, the NFL network was taken away from our channel lineup and now Root sports is taken away from our channel lineup as well. Your Cable prices keep climbing and it’s getting to the point where I can’t afford it anymore. I don’t want to end service but I may have to if you don’t get in agreement with root sports to get the channel reinstated to our lineup. Please get a deal done with them as soon as possible. I want to watch the Seattle Mariners this spring and summer. Please don’t punish us. It’s not fair at all. Please reinstate Root Sports and add Root Sports back to your channel lineup.

I had issues with my internet connection and modem. I reached out for help in tech support, and I must say the tech " ********* had over and beyond attitude, and settled my issues outstandingly. She is a wonderful phone tech, kudos!!!! I appreciate Sparklight.

They're not bad but they keep up charging my account. Started first few months out paying only $90 now my bill is almost $200 a month and that's with unlimited data. Also I read their responses to people and it's just lazy and pathetic ?? copy and paste. Not much of a surprise there its what you should expect out of their services. They serve little effort for a big price!

I want to shine a light on one of sparklights employees he has excellent customer service skill . He installed our service in less than 10 minutes and he was so considerate and helpful with all of my questions Titan from ********,** is a breath of fresh air the true definition of quality service i will recommend sparklight to all of my friends and family .. Thank you for such wonderful service.. truly an excellent company

Sparklight has the BEST customer service! Their technician, *****, was super quick and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the things I didn't understand. I totally recommend Sparklight. Quick, professional and excellent service.

I am getting sick of my internet going out at night for *upgrades* or *maintenance* with absolutely no notice. I get that this needs to be done; however, you need to send out an email or a letter letting us know that service will be disrupted on a certain date at a certain time for approximately so many hours. Some of us work at night, some of us are up late, some of us have insomnia, whatever the case; it's not really your business. We pay for your service and need prior notice of interuptuons.

Called into technical support for an obscure issue and spoke to Apollo. He assured me it was not obscure and was able to answer all my questions.Apollo is an example of who any support organization should hire.I will recommend Sparklight to friends.
