They do a very good job with our dog she is old . They trim her nails deshed and bathe her.

Very poor grooming result.Discussed length of cut prior to groom but fur was cut way too short & doghad 2 large areas of razor burned skin.Dissatisfied with grooming & discomfort caused to dog. Have used this business several times previously but not be returning.

Usually love bringing our dogs here and have brought them in a ton of times. Came in in the afternoon this past time and our dogs were both done by the same groomer, but not one we had seen before. We watched the groomer with our first dog and noticed she was INCREDIBLY rough with her, pulling her by the noose lead around her neck so hard her eyes were bloodshot and her body was physically red from being suffocated. Our other dogs nails were drilled so quickly and aggressively that you could smell her burning him on every single nail from the lobby. He would yelp in pain when she would burn him and I pointed it out after being upset with the care of the first dog. The manager must have heard me point it out because as soon as I was about to say something the door was slammed in our face so we could no longer watch her do his nails. We got them both outside and check him and 1/2 his nails have been drilled down to the point he is dripping blood. His back feet are drilled so low he still will not step on the back right foot days later and he has barely any visible nails left. Will not be back!

Had a foster in for a wash by me and a nail trim by the groomer. Very fast and professional nail trim for the foster - the groomer was so calm and handled the dog in a low stress manner! Great water pressure in the self wash and the whole staff were friendly and helpful!

People have been talking about this wonderful business for sometime now. I finally had the time to visit taking my grand puppy in for a nail trim and was so happy I did. They have a really beautiful store with lots of wonderful products and locally made snacks. Sarah, the nail trimmer was super sweet! I love this place.

Isabella is the best. our mini Aussie doodle comes away happy, clean, well groomed and soft as could be. i will always go here as they are the best at what they do for reasonable pricing.

My doggies always look so beautiful when they are groomed at Cookies & Clean. Whether it is my Golden Doodle getting all fluffy and trimmed, or my German Shepherd gets the de-shed they look great!

We have taken our Bernedoodle Marley here twice now. The staff is friendly, they are quick, and the price is right! We will definitely be back.
