If I could give a no star I would. Friends and I had just finished walking in the AZ heat for pride parade. We went into the store to buy drinks and had just finished checking out and before we could even finish gathering our things to head out. I’m assuming a manager or whoever , got on the intercom looked directly at us to say “no loitering in the store” . First off we were paying customers , the passive aggressiveness was unneeded . Great job CVS ?

Davencia was extremely professional and helpful.She had me sign up for cvs rewards to save money on items I purchased,and most cashier just try to get the customer in and out of the store .

I had the worst experience with my medication here. Just do yourself a favor and choose another pharmacy. Definitely do not recommend.

I’ve had so many problems I just shake my head. Doesn’t do any good to go somewhere else seems all pharmacies have problems. In my plus 60 years getting meds filled I’ve never had a message left letting me know they don’t have the meds and I will have to go somewhere else! This is a very common medication. Very frustrating

I dropped my antibiotic prescription on 4/6/23 1700Hrs. Was told to come back after 30min. Managed to get back shortly after 7, was told the ‘register was closed’ and I should come back the next day. On 4/7/23 around 4.30pm I sent my son to pay and pick the antibiotics, he was told they were out out of stock until Monday (4/10)!! I went there myself and found a very rude male pharmacy staff who threatened to call the police on me after I demanded to get my prescription back. Finally they got the meds and sold to me.It’s a shame that anyone would intentionally hold back antibiotics for that long knowing the consequences. I hope something is done about this!

Scheduled a covid test for travel, no staff available to do the test but the automated system reminding me to was not updated. Waste of time. Nearby location listed testing and Scheduling, called and they didn't have staff to do the testing either. Cvs is only good for occupying space on dirty street corners it seems.

Good pharmacy. Alisa and Brandon are help. I do not appreciate the loud rap music played at times. Is pharmacy not trap house.

Upon arrival, employees are very welcoming. Juan rang me up at checkout, and his customer service was outstanding. Very friendly, talkative, and helpful. He offered me a Carepass where I was able to save some cash. Thank you Juan!

Me and my husband had a bad experience. We needed meds transfered over to this CVS Pharmacy and was told it would be taken care of and we would have our meds the following day. When we called to see if the meds were ready for pick up, we were told there was nothing in the system for a med transfer. Regardless if ur filling in for a day, at the end of the day u have a service to provide and if you can not fulfill your job description then you need to find another profession. So now my husband has to go with out meds.

I've never been treated so respectfully and with such kindness at a pharmacy! Tom is the manager at this CVS at 711 E. Indian School Road in Phoenix, AZ. We are new to the area and Tom couldn't have been nicer and more welcoming. He helped us with using our coupons, gave us directions to our next couple errands, and even took the time to get to know us. Every pharmacy should have this level of care!

The manager of THIS store signed me up for Carepass so that I could save a few dollars on a humidifier that was made by CVS. I asked if there was a cost - I was told no - and 6 months later I notice that I have been charged $5 each of the last five month. Because there is not charge at signup... he considers that "No Cost"? CVS has irrecobaly ruined its reputation in my mind because some manager is trying to hit a sales goal. Corprate America needs to stop being greedy.

Desperate for a particular item I asked right away-- WHERE CANN-I FIND A LINT ROLLER-- immediately the clerk from behind the counter, Sergio, kindly pointed to where they "should be if we have any left". He did not lead me astray, because the the lint roller area was bone dry... it appeared I had failed my mission.When Tom came up the isle I was wandering sadly and said " Hello miss have you been finding everything you need alright ?" I remark "NO, not at all. "He said "one moment and I'll help you find what you need" I repotted my grieveance and he looked to where I was first directed and found one of the last refills... when AS A TEAM, which is a beautiful thing for someone in hospitality to see in action, they worked together with their individual knowledge and Tom came back quickly from a section that also stocks lint rollers and VOILA. I have what I need and they earned this review. Thanks CVS
