Came in at the last minute and my son was really sick… I know her name begins with Chi but she was super helpful and understanding. She could have turned me away but didn’t… thank goodness I’m truly grateful.

CVS corporate should be checking the reviews of this branch pharmacy. They tried to get met for $461.00 for drug,then the next day I bought it from them for$11.00. The explanation from pharmacist was a vomit of excuses of personell training!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Just spoke to Kayla after I was told on the 1/31st I would be receive a call to pickup my prescription which never came. I called to speak with Kayla and she was beyond rude and snappy I simply asked about my prescription and so I told her the information. And said I just requested generic something they told the prescribing office they had. She proceed to tell me “that’s not what she was asking about it” and the reason they didn’t call cause they ran out and I have to go get a new script and go elsewhere and hung up on me. So disappointed at this behavior. And it was so beyond rude.

Wish I could give zero stars to the minute clinic inside this store.I walked out due to the unempathetic and rude manner of my nurse. Kathy, the nurse seeing me did not let me speak. I was trying to explain the symptoms and she kept cutting me off. Yes to ask questions but questions that would have been answered in my explanation. The symptoms were making it hard for me to speak, the nurse did not even try to give me a moment to speak. Very poor experience, I walked out instead of answering her question.Started off poorly as I explained my terrible insurance plan, I was just stating what the provider stated to share and her and another person insisted I was wrong (I was but as I tried to say, I was sharing what the provider told me on the phone about 30 minutes earlier).

Pharmacy window closes at 7pm, I was in line at 6:40pm, took them 20 minutes by the time I got to the window and they closed the window right as I drove up, what horrible customer service they have. I then went inside and service was still bad.

This pharmacy was very short with me on the phone and they don't explain things very well. I called because it said to contact the pharmacy to fill my scripts. I called she said okay we will fill it. I said, why did I have to call. She said it was just on hold and no other explanation. It would be nice that I didn't have to call at all if it was that easy. What does on hold even mean?

The cashier at the front didn’t want to help me with a refund. She wasn’t doing much because everyone was doing self checkout so I dont know why. I didn’t not have a receipt but she was literally there last night when I bought the item. I reminded her and she still didn’t want to help me. I work in retail and I know that It is possible to help someone when they dont have a receipt. I had to throw the item away. Waste of money. What else was a I gonna do if it wasn’t of use to me

Online the pharmacy hours say it closes @8pm. I get there at 7pm and its closed. I look for a rep and the floor has no one available to help. After several minutes after me shouting for help a woman comes out and when i ask about pharmacy she replies in a very condescending way “uh its closed” and that it opens at 9am. When i adviced her i came in at 9am and it was closed she replies “no IT WASNT” .. I replied how can you know if you are not even on the floor helping people, she then replies “dont tell me how to do my job” and proceeded to excuse herself for not being on the floor when there were several other customers aside from me.. and asked her to let me talk to her manager and to give me her name and corporate number, she replied “i am the manager and you can look up that info” and refused to provide any information. She is a middle age white woman.. she needs to get another job because she clearly cannot do the essentials of her job.

Forced to go to another pharmacy bc new pharmacist refuses to add discount coupons to my prescription that has been applied the last several years. No good reason. Just the new pharmacist “rule”.

The Pharmacy staff is always professional, fast, efficient, and friendly. They have a tough job servicing sick patients who just want to get in and out, but I commend them for always working with smiles on their faces. My prescriptions have always been ready on time and accurate. Their automated phone system is very easy to use and I can always reach a pharmacist at this location when needed during regular business hours. The rewards program is also very good, awarding coupons for purchases throughout the store. Kudos to the team for a great job day in and day out!

So where I work, I show great customer services (even when the customer doesn't want to be nice) I get through the day being nice to everyone and help out as much as I can. Earlier today I came in to pay my SRP and the person at the front cashier had an attitude towards me. Now on my fault, I should've had cash with me and it took a bit for this person to scan but in the end, I deal with stuff similar to this where I work and I still wanna show kindness to them but this cashier at CVS still had an attitude and I didn't appreciate it. It sorta ruined my day but I'll just get over it later.

Bought a boot cover with food and dirt on it went in to the store with a question about the return policy. The manager told me she doesn’t have to explain anything to me and has the right to refuse service. Now I’m stuck with a dirty boot cover
