I don't shop here often but I was looking for a new pair of tennis shoes I went there in the afternoon seeing as a holiday you think they would be properly staffed you can't ask anyone a question because there's nowhere around and only one person at the register why why would you be so understaffed on a holiday why do your customers have to wait in line with one person ringing them up why do we have to ask if there's more than one person that can help bring us up I'll never be back I returned my shoes I'll go to big fivetheir customer service is stellar and you don't have to wait in line forever and be helped by a girl that looks like she's 15 and is more worried about cracking her nail than actually doing her job

Extremely Disappointed with famous footwear Decision to Let Go of Stellar EmployeeI shopped here for some time now and have loved each and every associate as they would always go out of there way to help me one associate did stand out and always tried making everyone smile, I walked in to see if he was working to shop and when I did not see him for the past three days I went to Arizona mills and ran into him there he told me that the company dismissed him?!?! That is a disappointment I told him I would write a review but he asked me to not mention his name all though I did I hope he does not get in more trouble but This shows you what type of company this is he told me the story and i was shocked at first but to know that there was a group of associates that had a group chat about him there that is disappointing and disgusting I am truly disappointed with the companies choice on firing one of the best people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Anyways to start my reviewI can't express how deeply disappointed and disheartened I am with famous footwear recent decision to terminate one of their most exceptional employees. It is with great sadness that I write this one-star review, as I feel this action undermines the integrity and reputation of the company.Chris whom I had the pleasure of working alongside during my time as a customer at famous footwear , consistently showcased not only exceptional skills but also a passion and dedication that set them apart from the rest. Their expertise, work ethic, and positive attitude were truly commendable and added tremendous value to the company.The decision to let go of such a valuable asset raises serious concerns about the company's management and decision-making processes. One would expect that such an outstanding employee would be rewarded and retained, rather than being dismissed. This abrupt termination undoubtedly reflects a grave lapse in judgment on the part of the company's leadership.By firing one of their best employees, famous footwear has not only lost an integral part of their team but also jeopardized the trust and confidence of customers like myself. It raises questions about the company's commitment to fostering talent, supporting growth, and recognizing excellence within its workforce.This unfortunate incident has left me questioning the company's values and its overall commitment to providing exceptional service. It is highly disappointing to witness a company that claims to prioritize employee satisfaction and customer experience, yet seemingly fails to recognize and appreciate the true value of individuals who contribute to their success.As a result of this decision, I can no longer in good conscience recommend famous footwear to others. In my opinion, a company that overlooks and dismisses their best employees raises significant red flags and calls into question the treatment of their entire workforce.I hope that famous footwear takes this feedback constructively and reevaluates its decision.

I came in looking for size 14 shoes for my husband. Out of all associates working only the lady with braces helped me. I walked in and was asked immediately if I needed help by the young gentleman, I said yes I'm looking for size 14 mens shoes. He LAUGHED like I was joking, He said if they have a size that big it would be on the wall and walked away. Did not attempt to help me past that. (The lady with the braces) later saw I was struggling to find what I needed and came and helped me look, we ended up finding more than one pair of shoes in the size I was searching and she didn't make me feel stupid for looking for a size that big for my husband! I went to the cash register to pay for the two pairs of shoes I found, and the two people at the cash register are laughing and really made me feel like my presence was interrupting their time talking to each other. I got asked for my number and was told in the most annoyed voice if I wanted to apply for the credit card since I would be pre-approved. The guy laughs and says "you can't sell those credit cards for anything" to which the other lady replies "what am I supposed to sound happy about it" Worst experience ever at a famous foot wear. Obviously if it wasn't an emergency for running shoes I'd look elsewhere because this customer service was crap! Do not recommend coming to this store at all, you'll probably not get taken serious and then get laughed at for accepting the "help"

Brianna aka Bri was the worst acting asst manager I have ever dealt with. She stated the shoe store on 24th St & Baseline Rd was dangerous and that everyone that went in that store carried guns and knives, as a reason to not give me her name when I asked for it. On top of that unprofessional behavior she hung up on me immediately after. I escalated the issue to corporate office and I have yet to receive an apology for her discriminatory remarks and rude unprofessional behavior. As the acting manager of this store, this type of behavior should cost her position to beterminated as it reflects on Famous Footwear as a whole. Even more so since I have not been contacted back by corporate as they said they would. Store Manager Tara you need to hold your staff to a higher standard as this reflects on your management skills. Again this has been escalated to your corporate office. I do not see anything FAMOUS ABOUT YOUR FOOTWEAR.

This staff acknowledged my family when we walked in and let us know of the bargain sale going on. An associate that went out of her way was Alyeza. She deserves some recognition for her help on Saturday. This store is better than the one in Christown mall and they have more inventory.

Sign up for emails and create an account they have a point system so you can occasionally get 5, 10, 15 bucks off a purchase, double the points, a percentage off and buy one get one 1/2 off . I just got my baby a pair of Nikes and got 10 bucks off my purchase

Ordered a pair of moccasins online, had a coupon and an extra $5.00 off. Thestore said it was in stock so I waited for confirmation to pick it up. Next day got an email and said they couldn’t fulfill my order so they sent me a 15% off coupon for my next order. Ordered them again and even with the 15% coupon it was much higher cost than my original order! Rip off…so disappointed!
