If there was a zero star I would choose that one, this is the worst and most unprofessional service ever, after many calls I made to make sure DLVRY will be done on time, I received a call from this center saying it will be d delays till after weekend Not only that, but the agent HANG THE PHONE ON ME !!!

Dont expect your package to be delivered. I had an important package I needed delivered. It had to be signed, my husband took the day off work to ensure I would have that package, that he could sign for it.Late in the day, I got a text saying, "Attempted Delivery." I called my husband and asked if anyone tried to come to the door. He, who had been in the living room with the blinds open said no one had come to the door or tried to deliver any packages. There was no note left outside. Nothing. I called the help desk and they said I could either try again tomorrow, or pick it up at the store. I told them I would not be available tomorrow, and the store was 40 minutes away from my house. When I asked why the driver didn't even go up to the door; the agent just said, he has one more day to deliver, that today was an early delivery date.So be ready to do FedEx Job for them. They don't actually deliver packages and don't resolve other than, "You can pick it up."

Had the worst delivery experience of my life with fedex, been trying to get my holiday package but they wont let me take off the signature requirements, I am very busy with work and don’t have time to sit around and babysit a package, so I missed my delivery because I couldn’t sign for it and I had asked them to hold it at the facility and I also told them that my husband with the same last name and address was going to be picking it up and they said this was fine. He drove there an hour away from my home only to be told that it was on the truck for delivery again which was going to be missed because he was at the office, picking it up where it was supposed to be, so we waited till after 4 PM when the people on the phone said that the package would be back at the facility again, we drove up there again. My husband walks in again and is received with an attitude and basically them saying that he cannot pick up the package without me. Luckily, I was in the car and was able to come in and sort it out but they were not helpful at all and very rude, not understanding of the situation and customer service skills. The guy behind the counter is lucky that I sent my husband out because he was about to get beat up. It’s the young black guy with the braces. Who’s pretty short he can’t miss him and the manager that was there that day wasn’t the best either, I did end up getting my package but it should not have been that hard and when you see a customer is already frustrated, you should as a manager come in and try to rectify the situation with a very good customer service which he did not have, I hope I never have to deal with FedEx again especially this particular location although I’m sure I will get packages from them again again I hope I never have to physically walk into this location. You guys need to do better look at all these terrible reviews not all these people are lying.

Scooter dropped off at fedexI took it toFedEx office3801 N Central Ave,Phoenix, AZ 85012The same location I took it to last time.This time they said they couldn't take it because it has a battery. And that it was a mistake for them to take it the last time.They told me to take it here:FedEx Ship Center3340 E Thomas Rd,Phoenix, AZ 85018When I arrived at this location, they would not tape the box, so I had to buy a $10 tape and tape it myself.They said it needed special stickers if it had a battery !and I had to take 2 Uber rides with the huge box.

Package delivered to wrong address. Ended up costing me hundreds of dollars!! FedEx customer service is useless.... They can't even connect to the local distribution center and directly to the driver. It should literally take 15 minutes or less to let the driver know they delivered a package to the wrong address smh

Derrick Ford at the front desk is the worst customer service agent I’ve worked with. There are limitations of what they can do at this location. He offered no explanations why he couldn’t help me. Just told me to go to FedEx down the street.

Poor parking for customers, most spots were full, and I got there 10 minutes before it opened. Then, the counter staff seemed bummed to be there. No personalities, welcome ins, or nothing.

THIS IS NOW TWICE IN A WEEK THEY HAVE SCREWED ME OVER!!!!!These drivers are so insanely lazy they need to find desk jobs that require nothing. Your job is to deliver items! Not leave them at the easiest place for you so the customer has to hunt them down and drag them to their apt.I am healing from an assault, broken bones and all, had to drag a purple mattress from the leasing office to my apt when it should have been delivered to my apt door.

Their drivers always mark my deliveries as "Delivey Attempted" without even coming anywhere close to my residence. They force me to come to them and wait in line rather than try to honestly deliver my packages to me.

I paid for 2 day shipping. 4 days later, the website says delivery date "unknown" and talking to a human isn't even an option. I guess they do this all the time. I'll never use FedEx again!!!

I live in a controlled access apartment complex which means only residence can enter. All other non-residence must wait until the office opens in order to gain access to our mail room. You would think a giant corporation that delivers packages to people would be aware of this and not send a driver out before the office opens. You’d also think the billions of dollars they make would allow them to have some type of system to keep track of all controlled access apartment complexes across the country but guess not. Now I’m out pay because the driver could deliver my important work related items between the office hours my building has had for years and all other delivery services seem to be aware of. I’d give zero stars if possible!

Tried dropping up 12 small totes for business and they wouldn't accept. They preferred to pick it up at my business or house. Doesn't even make sense. No wonder efficiency of fed ex has dropped.
