Adrian the manager is super unprofessional and rude. He followed my friend around the store as if she was stealing when he should be worried about himself and his rude cashiers.

Its an ok store. 2 stories and a lot of funky clothes. I took my daughter but even she could not find anything that was fit her style. Style seems very eclectic but she may be more normal than she thinks lol.

I used to really love this store. They have a lot of nice stuff right now. I believe it’s a little bit overpriced but however, they do have a lot of modern cute items there with y’all go back and purchase more stuff.

The store has very bad service the manager didn’t want to honor the price listed on the signage or online. But was willing to drop the price for another customer that was caucasian. Do not shop here.

Absolutely love this store & all the associates are super nice! I see so many negative ratings on here but literally have never had any complaints myself. The manager Adrian is super cool as well as the assistant manager Joseph! Has two floors plus a plus section as well as a kids section although it's a bit limited they still have cute trendy clothes. Their sales are my favorite it's a little messy but what store with a huge section of sales stuff isn't a little bit messy! I will always come here for a cute outfit definitely my go to store!

The variety of women's clothing continually changes offering the latest in updated looks and fun fashion. The prices are low and often the quality reflects the prices paid, but I only expect the clothing, shoes and accessories to last a season or two. Please click ? if this is helpful.

This is the second time i had a package shipped to this location, and they lost my package and did not make an effort to assist. When I walked in they told me it wasn't there and they couldn't do anything about it, so I need to leave and call customer so they can tell me what to do. I told her to call them and get it worked out because this is now a continuous problem. She refused saying that they are going to ask questions (that she could ask me because I am stand right there) . Because she wouldn't help I walked outside to call customer service and the representative told that the package was shipped there regular mail, so thats why they couldn't find it. She then offered me a refund. This is also an excuse as someone in the store receives the mail and knew that the package was not theirs so it should have been processed upon receipt. I never do these kinds of reviews and I am extremely angry that I had to resort to this as I am not satisfied with the outcome.

If I could give this store zero stars I absolutely would. The assistant manager Joseph Cashman was absolutely rude and neglected to hand me my other bag with 4 or 5 items that I had purchased. I spent $160 here at this location and when I needed an explanation he couldn't help me at all. At the end of the phone call he added "sorry about that" with no compassion or understanding of my worries. It's such an inconvenience for me to have to go back to that location to pick up my items that HE forgot to hand off to me. He made me feel like my concerns were unimportant. I asked him multiple times how he could help me and he only said that I had to go pick them up. Mind you I am 30 minutes away from the location, and I am so upset. The way he handled the situation was incredibly unprofessional and I sincerely hope no one ever has an experience like this one. Absolutely terrible customer service. #dontshophere#neglect#nocompassion #awfulcustomerserviceskills There needs to be training or common sense courses for these employees so this doesn't happen to any customer again.
