My problem was he was supposed to fix the other door and the smoke alarm he said he was going to be here on Thursday then when I texted him at 4ish he said that he was going to come over on Friday come Friday he texted me and said he would be here on Saturday in the morning and he showed up at 2 and he fixed one screen door he didn’t check the other one and the front door needs something done to it he also said he would be back the next week and he hasn’t even texted me and that was last week

During a conversation with a tenant in a property I own, he made a point to let me know that he really liked the property manager, saying she was on always top of everything and it was one reason he liked living there. Cool. This is one of 3 properties that Jennifer Hazlett, from the Phoenix office, manages for me, and I have to agree with the tenant about the good job that she does. A happy tenant is of course good for landlords as happy tenants are less likely to move and helps me avoid loss of income from vacancies. I have suffered the consequences from poor property managers at previous management companies...my properties suffered and I suffered financially as well, so I'm glad I moved over to Ft. Lowell and Jennifer, the peace of mind they give me is great.
