I had awesome service from everybody at Metro Phoenix Bank regarding my PPP loan. Wells Fargo took my application and it was going nowhere, I would get the same email every couple weeks that "they were working on it". I decided to put another application in with an internet bank. Same thing, going nowhere and zero communication. I put my application in on a Thursday at Metro Phoenix Bank and it was approved on Friday! The follow-up communication has been excellent as well.

Our business is proud of our customer service and I always say "you don't know your vendor, until something goes wrong". I went from Chase to a medium sized bank and still was treated like a bar scan. I've moved all of our banking to MPB along with recommending them to our clientele, where professional people who care don't dismiss you.

They gave me counterfeit bills on a withdrawal. When I caught them. They blamed me and refused to honor their mistake. Don’t bank here they are not honorable people. Also they have no atms.

I've used different banks in different countries for the last 45 years. I have never worked with such a friendly and professional group of people like at Metro Phoenix ever. Their attention to the details and overall service from top to bottom is fantastic. Definitely 5 stars...

Website says open until 5:00. Not true. I will never deal with a bank that closes at 4:00.

The last time I felt as if I was receiving personal treatment from a bank was back in the early 1980's, but at Metro Phoenix Bank - they greet me with my name. No - I do not wear a name tag and I am not a big wig with lots of money on deposit. For true personal service from a Bank - check out Metro Phoenix Bank. I highly recommend it.
