When I initially contacted the management team going through the application process I was surprised at the lack of professional courtesy/concern in their response to my questions. We are always guilty of asking simple questions, but myself being in a professional world I know it is my responsibility to represent the company. First contact impressions were, that they are not concerned about their customers.
I move state to state with work so I didn’t even see the house before moving in. Upon move in I found the carpets were not cleaned and baseboards were covered in dirt. And I personally have never left a house without out-of-pocket professional cleaning
Shortly after move-in I requested the garbage disposal to be fixed as it does not work. They responded with a link of how to fix things yourself And said it worked when I moved in.
As I said from traveling a lot, I have never experienced such out of the box lack of welcoming or Incompetence to do that which they are getting paid to do

It was my first time renting out a property and the Opulent management team took the pressure out of screening tenants, pricing, and managing the property. Who ever they use for repairs and maintenance did a great job pricing and getting estimates. Team is prompt and professional. Would have them manage a property for me again.

Just moved in and have only lived in a home managed by Opulent for 1 month but so far we are extremely happy! The rental application was pretty easy and deposit and key transfer was seamless. We look forward to being long term tenants with them 😀

I’ve worked with Opulent Real Estate over the past 5 years and I recommend them for managing rental properties. They are responsive and act responsibly whenever issues occur between owner and tenant. Just recently had a change in management and was hesitant at first (especially because of some of the reviews) BUT Opulent has been VERY prompt AND professional in every aspect! I had some issues (NOT their fault) and they were VERY quick in resolving each one! I am VERY happy with this company and they way they handle business!!

The management company does a solid job overall. They handle tenant communications and maintenance requests in a timely manner, which makes things easier for me as a property owner. While there have been a few minor hiccups along the way, they were resolved without too much hassle. I appreciate their professionalism. I’d recommend them for property management services.
