I placed an order with this store at about 11:20pm. The store closes at 12 but the delivery would have been across the street. I'm waiting and notice that it now after 12am thinking that the order should arrive any minute now. Only to my amazement, the order was CANCELLED. No call, no text, no update, not any notification. Now what am I supposed to do for food, everything is now closed. They could have made the order and if delivery was a problem, they could have contacted me. Push come to shove I could have come and picked up the order before closing. If I had walked into the store at later time they would have still had to make the order. So why cancel an online order? It's because the workers think they can get away with this behavior and these types of shenanigans w/out having to answer to anyone. Not preparing a order that had already been accepted in system will not allow you to leave at 12am. 12 am is the time of closing, which means you'll still be there far later than midnight to clean and close the store.

I placed an online order for delivery TWO HOURS in advance. I wanted the order delivered at 4:45. At 4:50 I get a text saying door dash will be delivering my food at 5:22. First of all, I was never notified this delivery would be done through a third party. Second, that is an unacceptable amount of time for it to be late, especially when I placed my order before 3pm. I called to speak with a manager and she was not offering any way to make up for the situation and I was told I could not have my money refunded. After I continued to demand they male this right I was offered a refund. This was 2 days ago and I am still waiting for my money, so I will have to call if I still don't see it.

Ordered pizza from here and was on the toilet for hours , so I called and spoke to the manager, and all he did was laugh. These employees should be ashamed of themselves!

One large two topping pizza, 2L diet pepsi, tax tip delivery $30 extremely greasy, took an hour and a half, no napkins, silverware, or parmesan. Will not provide for free. Probably will not use again.

The Papa John’s employees have attitudes and hang up on their customers. The gentleman on 2/27/2024 at 11:30 pm couldn’t even confirm if my order was canceled and got defensive, then hangs up. Garbage.

I don’t know why this is facts but some restaurant chains suck badly in other states, the only state where I can get good papa johns is Arizona. It must be the tap water they mix into the dough must not be bad out here like NYC and out in Louisiana (Downtown New Orleans) that’s the most nastiest papa John’s I ever had by the way. The papa John’s out here is always a 10/10 in quality.

I often stop here on the way home.This place is nice and centrally located. Just for pickup or delivery but the team here is fast and always friendly.

Joseph, Kyree, George, and Audrey were amazing!! The pizzas were done so fast and their friendly service made the whole experience fantastic!Dietary restrictions: GF crust is so good!!

I ordered my food at 8:30pm. I noticed after i ordered, that the estimated wait time was 119 min to 220 minutes. I was like wow thats a long wait time but maybe it will come sooner. It did not i did not receive my order until close to 10 pm. The driver marked delivered when i didnt receive it. I will take responsibility i did not update my phone number and the driver tried to call me. I am rating it 2 stars because the guy was polite on the phone and sent the driver back to my apartment. But… i am rating it 2 stars because it was extremely cold. Order at your own risk.

Received my pizza and breadsticks completely raw. Called the store, and the manager said he couldn't do a redo order since he only had one delivery driver. Which doesn't make sense when it was delivered by Doordash instead. He said he'd give me a quality guarantee for my next order. I said no, just send me a refund. But he said that since he already issued the quality guarantee to my account, he can't refund the order.So why not redo my order, especially if you are still open for 4 more hours. He was too lazy to redo the order.

I placed an order for two pizzas on a Tuesday night. As soon as my order was placed, I saw the estimated delivery time was more than hour. I didn't want to wait that long so I immediately called the store and told the person on the phone that I wanted to cancel my order. He explained that the pizzas were already in the oven, which would have been practically impossible, and that they would have the pizzas to me in 40 minutes. I said okay and 10 minutes later I received a text saying my order was on my way. 30 minutes later and still no pizza so I called the store wondering where the driver was. I was told that the driver would be at my house any minute. 10 minutes after that I called back and said I wanted a refund, as it had now been 40 minutes that the pizzas were sitting in the driver's car and still no sign of the driver. The worker put me on hold for a few minutes and told me the order had been cancelled and refund issued. We were all starving by this point and quickly trying to figure out another dinner option. The worker never apologized or offered to make it right. He sounded like he really couldn't have cared less. I will not be ordering from this store again.

I ordered from this location via DoorDash and it was a ridiculous experience. The poor dasher that delivered our order that was completely wrong, and he told us that he tried to make it right prior to delivery, but that the store was pretty much closed down (but they were still open and accepting orders) and that everyone seemed to be stoned/high. They blatantly gave him the wrong order to deliver after awhile (wrong size, wrong pizza, wrong everything). I got my money back from DoorDash, but after reading the other reviews, it looks like my experience isn’t that uncommon. Don’t know how much longer this location will continue to be in business ?

Definitely the best papa John’s food andCustomer service. Ok delivery and pick up it’s always perfect on time. I went from ordering dominos to now this papa John’s you can tell the difference in quality. And this papa John’s is a family owned franchise so the profit they get is back into our community so another plus

I order from this place all the time and it takes one time for you to get a horrible experience for me to be doing this. I called to ask them what can be done about my pizza that got delivered to me and they said oh we’ll have our driver come pick it up and then bring you a new one. I said is that all that you can dowhat you want to refund the lady on the phone with the attitude I told her you don’t have to be rude and she hung up on me. My boyfriend then called and talk to a A gentleman there and was told that we are going to be removed from the delivery list and if we want to have to come and pick it up and got hung up on as well. This all could’ve been solved if they had better customer service.
