I have been shopping at this location for 40 years all toll. Everyone was always kind and customer service was great. Over the past few months it has been going down hill. WHAT IS GOING ON! I had a run in with the meat manager and when I discussed how I was told the truck is coming in onThursday, a fact that was untrue but I later learned this was her first day, he yelled at me and said, I'm the only one who can cut meat! I said I understood she is new now. Then he proceeded to yel. What do you want from me; we are understaffed, under paid and overworked. I was a gasp. Later called MOD. She was supportive and kind. New deli worker folded all deli items, cheeses were solid block by the time i got home, bags were torn, no way to close. WTH. And all the pharmacy people have been gone since may. You guys need better leadership! Shaylenne and Johnatan were ideal customer service associates. Most everyone is new. Very telling as a corporation!
Safeway owner. Shayleene and Johnathan have been gone since may. This must be ai response or you don't know what's going on either.

I love this Safeway! It's never really crowded, the workers are awesome, very clean and everything is organized. It's my #1 place to do my grocery shopping!

This review is for the pharmacy team. I’ve only lived here since the beginning of this year, but they are hands-down the nicest, and most efficient, pharmacy experience I have ever had. I used to dread going to pick up my pet and personal medications due to long lines/wait times and staff that acted annoyed that I was there to pick up meds. I have never felt this way at this Safeway. There is never a long wait time, the staff remember me and ask about my pets, and they are friendly and quick. Thanks for being amazing! You should teach a master class for all the other pharmacies and show them how it’s done!

For grocery shopping very modern very clean! A well stocked bakery, deli places just right for family shopping. They have Craig Friday specials, especially the cakes from the bakery my favorite. Conveniently located with plenty of parking and handicap parking.

My Go To Store! The customers and store employees enjoy Johnnie's leadership!! If he can get it he will order it in for you. His staff is extra friendly. They are always courteous and helpful!! It has been fun for me to shop at my new Safeway! This is my third year with the Safeway team at Greenway and Tatum! My steaks are great! The produce is fresh! Great deals on the Dairy products! The pharmacy get's 5 stars! Great team there, also.

They smelled when you came in and greeted you they assist me where I needed to go they were kind and they have patience with me although I have a temporary disability I needed electrical car to Shah they were patient with me

Carolyn, the lady that answers the phone in the morning is the most rude employee. More than once i called asking questions about customer service hours & stipulations about purchasing a money order. On both occasions , this morning being one of them, she sounded so inconvenienced & put out that she had to answer the phone & answer my questions. Then i said thank you & she said yeah & slammed the phone down.
I have been in customer service, retail & resteraunt & management for 40 plus years. How does that rude, ungrateful person still have her job?!!! Customers pay her salary!

I am giving a 5 stars review to the Safeway at 4747 on E Greenway parkway because an outstanding customer service I received from Isaac L. Thank you so much Isaac. I think you are a beautiful soul to represent the company as a Customer Service Manager.
