Lucy has been an absolute joy to work with. She has a stellar work ethic and I know that personally because I've presented her with several challenges which she has overcome with flying colors. Their consistent professionalism, excellent communication, and proactive approach to work maintenance request. They are always readily available to address any concerns. By far, they are the best since my previous rental experience.

Service Star provides excellent service as a property management company. They are very quick with handling any services issues and will have a professional vendors scheduled within days. Justine and Randa always go above and beyond with any issues I’ve had in the past. Would highly recommend for any property owners.

The staff was very helpful and helping me find a home to rent. They were able to accommodate the rush for me to move in. Any issues with the home that came up the maintenance department was right on top of it and in some cases items were repaired the same day. I will continue to rent from service star until I buy my own home

Everyone here is very helpful and kind, Justine for example has helped me a lot with day to day management and the general issues or questions that come up, and has helped me get in touch with all the right people keeping things running smoothly! When we needed replacements for an accident they were quick to get on it and even helped us with figuring out the insurance claim!

Superb service! I’ve had a few attention items related to my rentals and these were taken care of in a timely manner. Questions were answered and follow up/scheduling with contractors were accomplished. I never had to wonder on progress being made. It’s as if I was their only client! Randa and Justine make a great team in managing my properties.
