Mailman said package too heavy which it’s not and so I went to the office and they said they will deliver but it’s been a week and no delivery. Defund USPS already.

DO NOT GET MONEY ORDERS here! The system don't work, decline the transaction and took the money of my account "pending", now I have to wait to make a claim with my bank, and I need the money right now, I ask to speak with the manager and he don't even care about.

The worst usps location in all of scottsdale/Phoenix. They never have anybody working so it’s always a line out the door. Unbelievable. Also, why no blue boxes to put packages in? Via de Ventura has one

I really don't like this location. They never deliver packages to my address and they don't even leave a notice. Then I have to wait 2 additional days to even go down and pick up my package. Then I have to argue with the people working there about how I need to show them the notice slip when I didn't even get one. I wish there was a way to never get my packages shipped by USPS.

Our Apt complex has been Skipped delivery of our MAIL. !!!! HAPPENS OFTEN. last mothers day and again yesterday Saturday. Again holiday tomorrow, Monday 6-19-23. Unacceptable

Very hit or miss service. Sometimes the staff is friendly and helpful (as much as can be expected) and other times they are the least helpful people imaginable. More often than not, it's the latter. I've had mixed results so it really just depends on the day. I don't go expecting much, but I've had times where seemingly simple questions are not or cannot be explained to me, for whatever reason. If you have to come here, come during off-peak hours and you may get lucky as they won't be as busy, thus more willing and able to help.

Literally no one answers the phone, the mail man has stopped delivering my mail and I’m not able to go to the location in person. Talk about being under funded. That or them just no caring enough to answer the phone.

Postal workers make no attempt to deliver packages. No one answers the phone in the office. Impossible to get any service at this location for delivery issues unless you drive there.Update:Another package not delivered. They are scanning packages that have not been delivered. Someone needs to investigate why this carrier/postal location is not delivering the packages.

The rudest woman with glasses and short hair. I've never had worst customer service. I put my items on the counter that have a prepaid shipping label and her response before i could say anything was "i am not packing this stuff up for you so you can go do that and then come back" processed to scoot my item back towards me. I understand that they deal with a lot of people on a daily basis but this woman should not be working in a job that has any human contact

What is the point of signing a package release slip or applying a digital signature if you are just going to keep the package and make me come pick it up anyways. We had been home for both delivery attempts and neither of us have heard of knock at the door. Lazy, unprofessional and extremely frustrating."Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds. Except for when I have to get out of my truck to deliver a package. That is absolutely out of the question."

I dropped off my pre paid packages from my marketplace sales and they didn't scan the packages. This is what tells the buyers it has shipped out and then I get paid, now there all reported as never shipped and to refund the buyer. Better to wait in the long slow line and watch them scan it one by one

This place is horrible. I went in early afternoon on a Thursday. Needed to just pick up a package with a notice form I had in my mailbox. There's a separate line to wait in for picking up. I waited for over 30 minutes and not one of the several employees working looked at me or acknowledged my presence. When I first arrived, the main line had 1 person being helped and I saw 4 employees working in the front. I wasted my lunch break just to stand in line where I wasn't even acknowledged and I completely missed my package. The employees are rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and don't understand common decency and how to work in an establishment. I don't mind waiting when I see it's busy, backed up, lack of employees, etc, but this was unbelievable. This place is awful and now because of my schedule, I have no time to even pick up my package which is why it's getting returned to sender.
