This is my go-to Walgreens b/c it's closest to me. They have the little things I need - snacks for the movies or toiletry items. I don't get my scripts filled here so I can't speak about the Pharmacy's efficiency or lack of. I also haven't had any photos printed here in quite some time, so can't speak to that amenity either. That's why only four stars.After reading some of the other reviews, I am adding: this Walgreens is in the heart of the city, so yeah they have a massive problem with theft/shop lifting. Consequently, their security guards are primed to watch people. I hope they're not profiling but I can't vouch for that. This isn't a Walgreens in a quiet little neighborhood so don't expect it to be. ALSO: I've never used the bathroom here & can't imagine it would be the most pleasant experience (someone specifically commented on that). Everyone knows if you gotta go, go across the street to the FedEx! Or the McDonalds on 7th Ave or literally any other restaurant or business.

700% markup on medications. You're a complete idiot if you get your prescriptions here. Some moron in my family insisted we go to Walgreens. Same medication they sell for $71 at Walgreens can be purchased at Costco for $11 and Safeway for $14. Literally the same medication, same dose, same number of pills. Walgreens should change their name to Chumps-R-Us.

I live right down the street from this location so I go in for my convenient needs. Literally every single time I come in and it never fails. I hear the over head security call. On one occasion I was in the cosmetics so of course you will hear the security call then as soon as I picked up a package of batteries I hear a security call for the batteries with no one near me, Seriously?!! And it's always this location. Once again it never fails. I will no longer come to this Walgreens, especially if they make their customers feel uncomfortable, singled out and assume they are thieves.

I like that this Walgreens is near my home, but I should not be waiting in the pharmacy drive thru for over 20 mins behind two other cars. On top of that, the pharmacy department seems disorganized as I have received a call to pick up my prescription and I have stated I will pick it up same day of the call. The guy on the phone did say he will leave a reminder and that it will be ready when I come by. I am at the pharmacy and it was not ready for pick up and the pharm tech stated that there was a call two days ago to remind me of the prescription.... disorganized system.

The pharmacy at this Wal-green will try and rip you off. I called about some medication my Dr. Sent in to be filled, I asked how much, the lady stated over the phone its $39+ and says my insurance doesn't cover it...so it got me thinking so I called another wal-greens on 36th & thomas...well. Jolly behold my pickled toes...my meds is only going to $4 at this wal-greens and my insurance covers it...aint that something. So becareful when getting your medication filled at this pharmacy.

SO RUDE! From the pharmacists who don't greet you and automatically think you need the bathroom when you walk to the counter and dont hand you your change, ignoring you after you purchase to the managers who insult and correct you with attitude when ringing you up. Where has the humanity gone? How can they allow that?

This place has to be one of the dirtiest and smelliest drug stores I've ever visited. I had to use the restroom and it was very old and unkept. It's unbelievable that Walgreens hasn't done anything to make this location better. I dealt with one employee at the front and she was friendly, otherwise I would have left just 1 star

Poor Customer Service Called 6 times (in a row) to speak with someone in the pharmacy to refill my prescription (do not have RX no. and can't refill using automated system), no one ever answered or said hello, all six times the called was picked up and immediately put on hold- for a total of 36 mins. Around the 6 min mark of each call the call would hang up. When I called and selected photo, she answered 1st ring, their phones were working fine, she transferred me to the pharmacy (this would be the 7th time I called) and I was hung up on for the 7th time after holding for 4 mins. Called the Store an 8th time, to speak to the store manager in hopes to get someone to help me, in some way, I was placed on hold for 5 mins before I chose to hang up. I've been coming to Walgreens for 20 years. I've worked in the pharmacy at Walgreens for 5 years. I have a pretty good understanding of how they run a ship- and this store needs help. Extremely disappointing and embarrassing for those working there. I'm gonna try again, wish me luck. Also, Wag on Camelback- do better.

Pharmacy employees are the worst there! Went to get a flu shot at night since I went online to make an appointment and got confirmation filled out the paperwork I got online to print out to give to them when getting a flu shot. Well I go there and told them I have an appointment for a flu shot and they told me they dont do appointments and come back tomorrow and went about there business without even looking at me. WTH! Is that how they treat customers!!!

Tall blonde man (obviously a manager because he had a vest on) kept walking in and out of the store. The line was really long, he could’ve helped check out as there are three registers but only one was open. Waited for a while until another employee finally came to help.

By far the worst customer service I've received from any pharmacy and establishment as a whole. Wait on the line to speak to pharmacy for 45 minutes a time and they still to this day haven't answered. Maybe if they cared that people need medication to live, they would operate differently.

Not sure what has happened at Walgreen's but the love is definitely gone. I dropped off several prescriptions this week and told the tech that I only wanted 3 of them filled for pickup the next day and I would order the others when I needed them, I spoke with the tech for roughly 10 minutes and he reassured me that it was OK to do just that. During that time, he made eye contact with me just once. I went in the following day to pick them up and they were all filled. The manager was working at the drive thru..when I pointed out the error, I got ZERO response. Basic manners folks...they go a long way. I've been going to this pharmacy forEVER and am so disappointed. This would have been even worse had I not had the means to pay for them all. Get it together, Walgreen's. This is not acceptable behavior, especially when the competition is so fierce.

Online it says the photo department is open till 10:00 p.m. I walked in at 9:05 and the photo associate told me she would not be able to help me with a passport photo because she shut the department down at 9:00. I explained the hours advertised on line and she proceeded to tell me â€œI can’t help you I’m already taking out the trashâ€.

Incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. One of the cleanest locations around! This is my go-to location! If there is ever a line, they call for further assistance and the customers are satisfied, able to get in and out. Everyone is friendly and willing to go out of their way to assist you with questions and couponing, too!

Staff are friendly but some of the stuff that they sell are expired, I bought 12 pk of Glucerna shake and after i went home I found out they’ve been expired since April!!!
