Hours posted are not accurate. Even the sign outside says they open at 8am on Sunday and I walked up at 830 with locked doors. CVS is open up the road.

10 mins to 8pm drive thru blinds closed and I can see someone behind doing something. Park and go inside. All locked down. Honor your hours. It matters.

Beware this Walgreens. If you take any kind of controlled substance, be sure to COUNT your pills before you leave. They will short you by a few every time. Their manager, Jonathon, does not care and will insist they are right. The first few times, I let it go, but it happened again yesterday...shorted by 7 pills. I count them because of how often this has happened. I have to use Walgreens for medicare, but I am switching locations to see if that helps. This NEVER happened at CVS. I'm so disappointed they won't make it right.

Horrible service. Lazy staff. No customer service. Wont be coming back... but they probably don't care anyways because they are too busy on their mobile phones to care about the customer

My father has more health issues than any one person should have. We, as a family, recently had Hospice of the Valley get involved in his care. Jake, a Walgreens pharmacist, reached out to me to go over my fathers medications, too insure my dad was getting the prescriptions needed. Compassion, concern, educated questions, questions for clarity. With great appreciation for Jake, the staff and for Walgreens for the services they provide. A GOLD STAR rating from our family!!!! Amazing store! Great pharmacy and front end team! They also have a primary care provider in the building and can work with your pharmacist as part of your healthcare team. Love the folks here and everything Walgreens has to offer. Check them out!

After dealing with CVS for years I'm great full I decided to transfer to Walgreens. I have asthma and needed my emergency meds refilled and Walgreens came through for me. Rebecca, was so sweet and helpful over the phone and helped me in store as well. It's very scary when you can't breath with out help from medication. Walgreens transferred my meds and filled them with in 2 hours meanwhile cvs couldn't even call me to let me know my meds were out of stock over 24 hours later. Thank God I had some meds left over or I could be in the hospital right now. I am forever great full for this Walgreens and the hard working and professional staff that works there!

Something did not seem right with the processing and cost of my script ... so I kindly asked to speak with the pharmacist on staff who seemed very stressed, rushed, and greeted me quite rudely and was disrespectful. When he could not quickly explain the dramatic difference in this routine medication, he loudly and hurriedly dismissed me (I think because they were going on lunch break) and escalated me to either pay full price or get out of his store. Humiliated, I elected to patiently wait for Phoenix's finest to escort me from the store for trespassing and not to come back to Walgreens again or be arrested. I have been a Walgreen customer for over 15 years.

Came here first thing for my pneumonia vaccine today. The Staff was ready and waiting as it was not yet crazy busy. The reception person was helpful and then we learned that I did not know which iteration of the vaccine I needed.Thomas Shaw was the Pharmacist on duty and could not have been more helpful, genuine, earnest and more as he did some research about the two vaccines and someone my age.Thankfully it was not busy yet as this took almost 30 minutes as I would go to the car and double check this with my wife.BTW, this is a VERY clean store and even the young man at the front cashier was so friendly.Yet it was Thomas Shaw who displayed a great deal of emotional intelligence in helping me sort this out.My wife reached my MD's office and they shared their recommendation and Thomas then prepped the vaccine and administered it.Outstanding Team and crazy good Pharmacist!

They can often times be rude, short, and useless. I can tell they are usually swamped and stressed, dying to get off the phone. I don't think they are off the hook but please, pay them more or hire more people. I give them two stars because I get the medications, so they serve their basic function, eventually.

Do not go here. I switched to this location from previously going to Tatum and Shea because that place was horrible, but this one is just as bad. Customer service is crap. This place is incompetent. They called and said our prescriptions were ready for pickup. We go there a few days later and after a long wait they say they are not ready and come back later (from a rude pharmacy tech who seemed so inconvenienced to do her job). I will gladly go further out of my way and take my money and business elsewhere other than Walgreens. I recommend others do the same
