Found everything I needed. Staff was great.Needed to pick up some photos, and a new employee helped me. She was wonderful!!!My favorite employee was there again! She is sooooo amazing!!

3 stars because I’ve usually had good service from the pharmacy (aside from long wait times at the drive thru, which I think are usually justifiable). Today however I arrived at the drive thru at 1:05 with only one car ahead of me. Knowing the pharmacy closes from 1:30-2 I figured I had plenty of time for a simple pick up at my regular pharmacy. Well I waited patiently for 23 minutes for the person ahead of me to figure out whatever the heck was wrong. He left at 1:28. (Side note - when you have a complicated issue don’t use the drive thru - people are so inconsiderate it boggles the mind!)! I pulled up immediately after, and got the blinds closed in front of me with the no pharmacist on duty sign. It wasn’t 1:30 as verified by the gps on my phone - it was 1:28. I had a simple pickup of 2 scripts which I could have told the person if they asked. If you say you are closed at 1:30 then you don’t close the window on someone at 1:28 without inquiring first. If it’s a complicated matter then you tell the person to come back at 2pm. So today’s service gets 1 star. This is a simple thing to correct so I hope this feedback is considered going forward.

20 minutes waiting in line to find out my prescription is not even here ... eventhough I got a notice via email. Spoke to manager too; he barely acknowledged how bad the line is while he flirted with a coworker in the photo kiosk.

The phone system accepts your call. Then someone answers and puts you on hold. That hold call rings about 20 times and you are automatically disconnected.

Had an appointment for a vaccine, waited 20 minutes just to check in and be told it would be up to 45 minutes more wait for the pharmacist. Disappointed, what a waste of time.

Do not take your film here for development. Dropped film off over a month ago with countless employees telling me it would only take a few days. On top of all of this THE FILM WAS SENT BACK UNDEVELOPED. No one at the department had any knowledge as to why this was. Waiting a month to get my film back undeveloped? What a joke.

I’ve called 2 months in a row using the automated service to refill a prescription. It does NOT work. Today I spoke to Dawn in the pharmacy to have my prescriptions refilled. She was snarky when she told me: “You just picked these up last month!! WeCan’t refill them they were for 3 months!! ( I didn’t know that )She said two of them it’s too early. WeCan fill your other one. “ I said perfect pleas fill that I wasn’t aware the others were 3 months Im just refilling all at once. I asked to speak to someone because this is the 2nd month in a row that their automated refill isn’t working. Dawn proceeded to scream at me about picking them up lastMonth so they wouldn’t refill them. I said young lady I’m asking about . . . That was all the farther I got-she hung up the phone. I called back to the store and Sam reported the manager had left in a hurry and he didn’t think he’d be back today. Dawn was horrible and I pray God treats her with the same respect, patience, and understanding that she is handing out to the customers today. Shame on you Dawn shame on you for being such an UGLY person to others!!

This review is for the pharmacy and their VERY SLOW movement. I never thought I would wait almost 30 minutes in the drive thru line when there is literally only two people in front of me. I also got my flu shot here 2 weeks ago and had a scheduled appointment at 3 and wasn't seen until almost 3:30. It's almost like they don't have the motivation for the day.

Hours posted are not accurate. Even the sign outside says they open at 8am on Sunday and I walked up at 830 with locked doors. CVS is open up the road.

10 mins to 8pm drive thru blinds closed and I can see someone behind doing something. Park and go inside. All locked down. Honor your hours. It matters.

Beware this Walgreens. If you take any kind of controlled substance, be sure to COUNT your pills before you leave. They will short you by a few every time. Their manager, Jonathon, does not care and will insist they are right. The first few times, I let it go, but it happened again yesterday...shorted by 7 pills. I count them because of how often this has happened. I have to use Walgreens for medicare, but I am switching locations to see if that helps. This NEVER happened at CVS. I'm so disappointed they won't make it right.

Horrible service. Lazy staff. No customer service. Wont be coming back... but they probably don't care anyways because they are too busy on their mobile phones to care about the customer

The manager was extremely helpful in looking for a specific product for me and very nice, it felt like he actually did want to help me!
