If you want help buying anything for your home. I highly recommend Paul's. It's been around for decades and although it's smaller then the HUGE BOX stores, they have a great selection of goods at good prices and they spend time to help you make a choice and educate you on how to install or set up whatever you need. Great place, and really nice people.

Just a great personal experience every time. Prices are competitive to HD, but without the hassle of a giant store. Everyone is friendly, and if you use the coupon you get the more you shop, you can really save a good amount of money over time. If it's basic stuff I need, or a custom order, it's always a great experience.

Looking at the price match policy no where do I see that I need photographic evidence of the item at a competitor. I came in after seeing a multimeter in stock at Home Depot. It was the same item as in stock at Ace with an almost 10 dollar difference. I was told to leave and bring back a picture and their website wasn't good enough. So I left the tool with cashier with a smug attitude that smiled at me as he informed me to go take the picture of the multimeter and bought it at Home Depot.

This is a very well stocked local hardware store. Much more convenient than hunting through miles of Home Depot. Staff were very easy to find for assistance. They have a little of everything you need from landscaping to plumbing repair. Good selection of tools and renovation type hardware.

Great service all around. I purchased a Traeger smoker grill for my son-in-law's birthday at the ACE on Via Linda for delivery in Mesa. Ronna and Raj coordinated the logistics for delivery. Everything went like clockwork!! Thank you so much.

Call before even thinking about driving here because they probably don't have what you want. After going online, the website stated that they had 12 packs of pool shock. Even offered the option to purchase online and set up curbside pickup. Glad I did not do so. Upon arrival, I simply could not find the item. I'm giving an extra star because of the younger gentleman who was helpful and tried to assist. However, he called someone else when he also could not locate the item. The older gentleman who then showed up was anything but helpful, and instead quite rude. When I calmly mentioned the website (as it's certainly not their fault they don't have it), he rudely retorted that the website is corporate and they have nothing to do with it. As if it was my fault for being an idiot (it sometimes is, but not this occasion), he argued that the website clearly states not available at all stores. When I told him it says specifically available at this location, he intimated that I was a liar. I chose not to argue, given I had my phone in hand with the site pulled up showing otherwise as indicated in my screenshot.

Always excellent! I am so glad we have this smaller local shop to run into when I’m doing a project. I have no idea how they can always have what I need no matter how random of an item. It’s also clean and organized and there are so many people to help and all of them are experts! Everything from my car remote battery being changed to a specific spree paint primer and I’ve been 100% happy with their recommendations.Salt for the water softener is a breeze here and they’ve helped me many times with getting it into my car.Make sure you sign up for the mailing list because you get excellent coupons.Thank you again for having this amazing store right here.

Love the store, they employees are always ready to help and got the extra mile for the customer. Never had to wait more then minute or so for service.

I do not suggest you order something online through them. I ordered something online that was supposingly "In Stock", but once I got to the store they said it wasn't.The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because they did search pretty hard for it. Oh well!
